I was a little nervous about a new crew doing my cleaning but WOW! Kristen and Cal where on time and professional. Kristen had already been to my home on a previous visit and knew exactly how I liked everything. I came home to a beautifully clean house, freshly vacuumed carpet lines, shining services, and a small collection of some little toys and figurines the baby must have tucked away in nooks and crannies that would have taken me months to find! No detail was missed, and no surface left untouched. Thank you Cal and Kristen! I know my home will be in excellent hands with you two and two maids and a mop. I have been through multiple companies and many would call out the day of my cleaning. Two maids has always shown up for the appointments and always reconfirms a few day ahead of schedule with I appreciate! Thank you so much!

This is the most reliable, professional thorough cleaning company I have ever used. Arielle and Keeana just left after performing my twice a month clean. The house is spotless. All the employees that I have had the pleasure of meeting with this company are very pleasant and all provide top notch service. The house cleaners all make a huge effort to return items to exactly where they were after cleaning. My husband and I love that! I would and do highly recommend this business.

I have had a great experience with Two Maids & A Mop of Sarasota. They come every other week and I've had them 2 months. They are professional, friendly, and do a great job. I love how Marilyn is the team lead and is always here, the rest of the crew is pretty consistent, sometimes different ladies. I think having a team lead like that is what provides consistent, high quality cleaning. They are very competitively priced. I will continue using their service and highly recommend them.

This Two Maids team is awesome. They will always do their best to do an incredible job for you and go above and beyond to ensure your home is as clean as possible. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a cleaner.

I would like to preface this by sharing I have never written a negative review. But since I was asked via text and email and a card left at my house to leave a review, here we go. I was ecstatic to invest in a professional cleaning service. As a full-time nurse in grad school with an infant, my life is very busy. I started thinking of ways to outsource some of the stressors in my life and housekeeping was the first idea. I signed up for a deep clean to be followed by biweekly premium cleans. I signed up for a 2-5pm arrival time and was surprised by the nicest guy you could ever want to meet…at 930. I work night shifts and purposely scheduled a later appointment. But he was here, and I am not one to be rude so with no sleep and a baby who had just been woken up we started the deep clean. Let me start with the things Cal did an amazing job. As mentioned, his personality is top-notch, he made the oven look brand new, and took the time to address dog hair behind the couch that has been accumulating for God knows how many months, assuming the five since I had the baby. Before he left, I asked about items not addressed that are listed as items to be cleaned online, the baseboards, cabinets, and shower as the main things and he reassured since I signed up for the premium clean, they would be done following visit. This was said after numerous statements about his wife waiting for him so they could go fishing…. Okay…. I reached out to the owner to ensure arrival times would be accurate in the future who assured me that would not be a problem. On my first biweekly cleans scheduled for 11-1 two gals appeared at 930. I immediately expressed my frustrations to which they rolled their eyes blaming the company and owner for frequent mishaps with arrival times, again, I invited them in. These girls again had amazing personalities, but it threw me off when they found items not done by Cal they dramatized taking pictures to send to the owner, one of these was dusting a door frame and being “mortified” he did not do it.  When they were finished with what was supposed to be a premium clean in 35 minutes I again inquired about items missed, specifically baseboards and cabinet fronts, “that is done in a deep clean” after telling them that not only did I had one done two weeks ago and it was not done then it says on the checklist that is included in the clean they were doing today, they said it was not, and left. I then took the time to look around my home and was immediately upset with the lack of cleaning that occurred. The items I mentioned from the list, are not done again. This time there were added frustrations in that everything they touched was literally worse than when they arrived, smudged mirrors and shower doors, the bathroom countertop was still dirty, the toilet uncleaned, fridge fronts smeared, and they vacuumed around the one item on the bedroom floor, flips flops and as icing on the cake, I checked the door frames in other areas of the house and they were not dusted. I would have never checked there but since they made a huge deal about the previous cleaner missing it, why was the only one done the one they wanted to take a picture of. I reached out to the owner requesting to not only cancel services but requesting not to pay for services not rendered and sent pictures. She said not paying was not an option and sent another team to fix the issues, Jennifer and Amanda, who were very nice and reassured me they would help ensure the premium clean was completed. They did do a good job addressing the specific items.

The good, in the three visits I met very friendly staff. The bad, in three visits my home is no more clean that I have been doing myself and have I paid almost $600 for that….if you are looking for a “professional” cleaning service, look elsewhere.

Debbie & Kalie did a great job today cleaning our house! They were very courteous. I liked their thoroughness and attention to detail. I’m very particular about how I like my house to be cleaned and they made sure to address every request. Thank you!

Marybeth & Robin did a fantastic job! Very polite, friendly, professional, and thorough with their cleaning. I was happy to see them arrive today for the second time and knew they would do a great job (I was right)! I have monthly cleaning with 2 Maids & Mop and hope to continue to see Marybeth & Robin.

I have been using two maids and a mop for a few months now and I love them. The girls are so sweet, and I trust them very much. They always do a fantastic job. I have 5 dogs and there will be not one hair to be found when they finish. They take their time and never rush. If I have any questions or need to cancel a week I get a response very quickly. Rebecca and Crystal have come a few times and are wonderful. We have hard water that stains our shower that I have never been able to remove and somehow they did it! Truly a pleasure to do business with.

Communication with Two Maids has been stellar! They were fair with their pricing & explained what we could expect with our services. Angel & Aubrey made our house sparkle. The last thing I want to do when I get home from work is deep clean everything & the work they did brought me so much peace & happiness when I got home yesterday! Thank you!

MaryBeth and her trainee did an outstanding job on the deep cleaning of my home since construction was finished. They did every single thing I asked them to do and more. It is always quite unusual to find such a good company, when you choose one unknowingly. I will have them come back again and again!
I particularly love my two sets of sparkling sliding glass doors ❣️- and, I gained a few cleaning tips along the way. Even their manager, Miranda, stopped by and helped in the end. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Update: I wasn’t gonna make this. So originally I made a review because the first time they came out they were wonderful. Also I was pressed for this review because this is how the girls get paid commission. At least this is what they said. Every week after that, they rushed to get out, faster and faster. Leaving many things behind. I mentioned once how it upset me to see it. The last day they sent out Sara with Veronica. Sara is always great. Veronica was rushing, busting sweeper on my baseboards and doors, missing everything. Just tossed blankets on bed. Didn’t make them. Sara seemed different. It was almost on purpose. I canceled. As I also had family in from out of town. They offered if my needs changed to let them know. I wrote and asked to add they’re services back again as I felt I probably over reacted. They denied me, saying they couldn’t meet my needs. I’ll probably not be 100% happy. You are right, I most definitely won’t be happy, as long as I keep considering this company. On top of that, they explained they needed to take time to retrain staff and work on enhancing. Which in return means, picking the least needy customers for the ease of the company. Instead of working to make things right. Reaching out about some concerns once, must be too overwelming to accommodate. I feel like I should have never even tried to give them a chance. Moving on!

C I want to thank Sara and Lauren for coming out to our home. We hired this company for weekly cleaning. They did the best job we’ve ever had. They cleaned areas we didn’t realize. The ladies answered all of my questions and concerns with very respectful sweet natured attitudes. As well as they double checked their work without a question. These two are highly recommended. I also have children and animals. The company is very pet friendly. I am impressed. I will be keeping two maids and a mop. One thing I was also thinking about, was the supplies, they have a supply for each of your households needs.

Retained Two Maids and a Mop three months ago after I was recovering from an illness and wasn't physically able to manage the housecleaning on my own. Regina and her team have been absolutely amazing! They are always on time, they leave the house spotless, and they are very professional, polite and kind. Even when I need to reschedule my standing appointment, they are always willing, able and very courteous. I'm so glad to have found them! I would recommend their service to anyone.

I am a Property Manager and used Two Maids as a fill in until I could hire a full time employee. They were exactly what I needed and did a great job. In my business I work with janitorial staff consistently and Sara and Amanda were top notch!! They knew what to do without being asked and treated the property like their own home. Regina and Nicole were absolutely fabulous cleaning my house. They did an amazing job getting all the hard to reach places, they were professional, friendly, and very thorough. My husband hired two maids for a deep cleaning prior to moving into our new home. We had a problem on closing day and needed to reschedule last minute. They were excellent in handling that for us and allowing a reschedule! The quality of the clean we received the next day however was extremely disappointing. Cabinets and window sills left visibly dirty and 2 dead worms in the master closet to name a few things.

I contacted Two Maids and A Mop a few days ago to clean the house after a remodel project. They were able to get out at a convenient time for me, and so they put us into the schedule. They arrived on time, early actually, and got right to work. Kayla, Gabriella and Brittney verified they knew what I was wanting cleaned and they did an excellent job.
When they finished I looked over the job and it looked great! I pan to use them again for my next project!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a cleaning service, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. The process of setting up an appointment was a breeze, and the communication with the company was solid throughout. However, what truly stood out was the quality of the cleaning service.

I am retired and my wife still works. I am responsible for the housework in our home. I am often overwhelmed with all that I need to do. The great people at Two Maids have always come to my rescue. When the crew finishes and mops their way out of the front door, for the moment at least, I can relax.

Mary Beth and Angelica were friendly and personable. They arrived on time and took my house that suffers from the effects of a house full of children and their animals and transformed it! They were thorough, did all the extras, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. I was home and so was my husband working, and the comfort I felt while the ladies were working was unlike my cleaning services before. I have been through so many cleaning services here in Sarasota. There is no comparison. I am a picky micromanaging person, they put me at ease and followed through. I am impressed and most importantly - satisfied.
