I own an office building in downtown Sarasota. We used the same lawn service for about 10 years and did not realize that the landscape looked worse and worse each year. We hired Greenscape Services to fix our sprinkler system, refresh our landscaping and take over maintenance. I am very happy with the results. I was surprised how much time they spent freshening up the landscaping. They added new plants, they took out plants that had grown like weeds on the property that we never planted (that the other service just let grow) and they added new borders and mulch. The cost was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the services that I received. They are professional and know what they are doing.

I just recently moved and contacted Greenscapes along with two other companies to obtain an estimate. I was very impressed with Greenscapes throughout the entire process - beginning with the phone call to make an appointment to meeting with someone on my property to evaluate it and give me an estimate. They are very professional and knowledgeable and definitely stand out compared to the other companies.

Greenscapes Landscaping has done wonders for my yard. They are restoring it to what it was when I bought the home, since a national brand company did not do it justice. Greenscapes was very honest with me on the steps that would be taken to restore my yard. Every employee I have spoken to in the company has been very polite, knowledgeable about lawn care/maintenance, and guided me in the proper direction. This is a company I trust and recommend to others.

Our neighborhood sustained a great deal of damage from the Hurricane Ian with metal, downed trees, glass and debris throughout. A team of workers came in to do our routine mowing, trimming, and pruning. They did an amazing job! They mowed around piles of trees, stacks of styrofoam insulation, and piles of metal. They moved and picked up yard waste, trimming bushes and making our neighborhood look 1000 times cleaner, neater and well groomed. Their hard work lifted the spirits of our residents. We can not say enough about what a fantastic team and company this is. Highly recommend them!

Our HOA switched to Greenscapes in January 2024 and we have been so pleased with the difference they have made in our landscape in such a short time. The entire team is very professional and dedicated to their customers.

Greenscapes has been handling the landscaping for Colony Place for many years and has always provided excellent service. This has been particularly apparent after the recent hurricane. They were in contact with in 24 hours and on site within 5 days. One week after the storm they had cleaned up all the debris and fallen trees, with the single exception of the very tall palms that require special cranes. Their prompt and complete service was a welcome relief at a time of such stress.

We have been Greenscapes customers for many years, well before the current owners took over. They have done an excellent job of upgrading already excellent service, have always been responsive to our requests, and work very hard to hire and support good employees. They are very easy to work with. Very happy with their service.

I had a very good experience with these folks. My project was not very big , so I was concerned about price and service in today's times. I also like to find landscapers with design professionals on board or available. Andrew "Drew" Semanson, did the design, came out and went thru details personally and gave us an actual drawing to approve and discuss. We really liked Drew. The installation was great, as Juan, Jerry, Carlos etc. knew what they were doing, always wanted a happy customer and would listen to what I might ask or comment on. Pricing was competitive and within the limits of cost I laid out initially. I will be using them again.

My property was in desperate need of help, my lawn was non-existent and was pretty much a sand pile. Huge kudos to Andrew "Drew" Semanson for having the patience with me and knowledge to design the most spectacular lawn and to create flower beds around palms and oak trees. He came to my home several times after changing my mind or thinking of something different. Drew has the patience of a saint!
Victor managed the job and crew and Jerry, Carlos, Servino (? Spelling) worked tirelessly to bring it all to life! They were very professional and answered questions while I looked on. Victor promised I would see a huge change on the first day, and I did.
Juan installed the irrigation system and explained to me how the system worked.
I can’t say enough good things about the crew or about Drew!
I would highly recommend Greenscapes, especially if you want professionalism and knowledge of landscape design and plants.
I will be using them again to design my backyard.

Greenscape company had the contract to maintain all lawns and common areas for Coral Lakes gated community (My Home)in Cape Coral. In my opinion they did a very good job. The workers were on the premises nearly every day and the supervisor was very responsive to my requests. The daily workers seemed to take pride in their work and took time to do their job well. The common area and lawns looked very nice with a few exceptions caused by mother nature. Unfortunately, the new HOA committee did not renew their contract over a year ago and the new company, Bright View is very bad. I highly recommend Greenscape for small or large landscaping maintenance.

It was a lucky day for our HOA when we hired Greenscapes for our mowing, trimming, fertilizing and irrigation support of our common areas. They have provided outstanding service in all areas. Their attention to detail has been excellent. They are also very cooperative and flexible when asked to complete tasks outside the regular contract. The Owners of the company are very accessible. They conduct weekly onsite reviews of the property and are always available via phone or email. We have used other landscape companies in the past and none compare to Greenscapes. Clearly, we highly recommend their services.

Greenscape did a fantastic job on our landscaping after the hurricane. They installed 2 large crepe myrtles for me and they look fantastic. Were able to fit me in even with all of their typical clients needing service as well. Thank you Greenscapes!

You know the work is exceptional when your neighbors stop to admire it and offer compliments.
We wanted to boost our curb appeal by widening the driveway and walkway with pavers. The original layout was too narrow, so this upgrade made sense for both aesthetics and functionality.
We began by removing outdated landscaping and three overgrown trees that were too close to the house. From there, the team created a clean, modern, and low-maintenance look that perfectly fits our home—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
Drew and Juan were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Juan offered great advice on irrigation, recommended using mulch anchor to keep decorative rocks in place, and offered suggestions on inclining the entryway…that’s now on my bucket list!
