I had an excellent experience with this company. I had them come over to come and do a deep cleaning of my house and I have to say, they did an exceptional job. I have a corgi who sheds like crazy twice a year. She just so happens to be in the middle of one of those undercoat sheddings and they really were very detailed about getting all of the hair out of my house. They also cleaned everything from the crevices on the walls to the back of the TV. Baseboards are so bright and white. I highly recommend!

I was told they were going to be in my house from 11:15 AM till 2:30 PM. Based on the premium service I was expecting my house to be near spotless when I got home. However, I couldn't even tell they were here, other than vacuum lines upstairs. The bathrooms are a mess with dust everywhere. My camera on my phone will not pick up the streaks all over the mirrors. But there is dust all over the towel rack and the toilet paper holder. There is junk all over the side of the bathtub. I keep my house very clean as it is so when they came I was expecting the areas that weren't clean to be cleaned. I am very disappointed in the service, and I will not be using this company again. I've even reached out multiple times, and Miranda will not even return my texts or calls. Do you not use Two Maids you will be very disappointed service, and what they promise will not be done. The only thing they did that they said they were going to do is take the money out of my account. The pictures you see are just my daughters bathroom and one picture of her step two kitchen. Which is very large. It might as will be a piece of furniture. They just came in did a quick once over and left. If you look online at their premium service they're supposed to cover almost everything in the home. Stay away from this company. I don't know how they have a 4.8 rating on Google. They probably posted all the reviews themselves. What did they do? I'm editing this review as I'm walking around the house taking pictures. The downstairs bathroom is atrocious. There are so many things that I looked at before I left that I was keeping a mental record of to make sure that they were taken care of at this $150 cleaning. Again I will ask the question what did they do? They did not do anything that was important. I am so angry I cannot use the words. What they did I could've done my self in a matter of 30 minutes and not spent $150. I look around and I can't even tell what they did.

This was supposed to be a deep clean. They were trying to do it as a one time cleaning. Even after repeated attempts and reminding them that this includes doors, windows, blinds and baseboards they did not do the job for the detailed deep cleaning aspect of it. I was paying almost 800 bucks and they were done in 4 to 5 hours. They stayed back after I repeatedly reminded them to only do a half attempt at cleaning the remaining stuff. I was tired. I was done having to go after them and repeatedly showing that things that they supposedly clean were never even touched. Ariana lied to me, saying I cleaned the blinds, I showed to her clearly how the dirt is still present on the blinds. She says oh I will clean again. I said don’t lie to me. You did not clean it at all. That is no again over here. They did not clean the doors at all. They did not clean any of the baseboards or the light fixtures. I would ask for a refund and consider this as a one time cleaning and not a deep cleaning job.

Mindy and Madison did a fantastic job cleaning out my condo after my tenant moved out. They did a deep clean; walls, floors, kitchen cabinets and appliances. Karen was also very communicative and answered all my questions in a timely manner. This company was great to work with and I would highly recommend them! 5⭐

Oh my goodness! What can I even say! My apartment is looking spotless as if it were the first day we moved in. Mindy and Madison went above and beyond to make our place feel like home again. I’m so so so grateful and overwhelmed and thrilled with the level of service we received. I couldn’t be happier - truly!

Two Maids is doing an outstanding job on keeping my home in tip top shape clean wise.
This week was the 4th time they have been out. When I walked in after work my house looked amazing.
Madison did an excellent job and left a detailed list of everything thing she did.
She is to be commended for the quality of her work.

Edla and her crew are wonderful! We have tried other companies before finding Edla and she is by far the best! I am very picky when it comes to my house :-) They pay attention to every detail, which many cleaning companies miss. They also go above and beyond to keep you safe by using disposable supplies and disinfecting equipment between cleanings. From sparkling toilets and dusted window shutters to neatly made beds and folded blankets, the house looks and smells so clean! I highly recommend!

I had my first cleaning with Edla's girls about a month ago, and the service was good. However, the best part of the experience was at the office. From the moment you call them until the ladies leave and even afterward, they are efficient, responsive, polite, and kind. Lucas, the office manager, took care of everything for me. Even when the crew made small mistakes, he was kind and called me back in less than 3 minutes after I texted. He was polite and showed me that this company has the best policy ever.
