Orchids Landscaping in Sarasota, FL is a great company. I know my experience was top notch. The owner and his entire crew were attentive and provided quality work. I needed a landscaper for my condo as well in Longboat Key and hired them to take care of that as well as the landscape design in Sarasota, FL.

Orchids Landscaping provide more than the typical landscaping services. Their crew is professional and have a background in horticulture that is applied to maintaining a natural look determined by the characteristics of each plant in the landscape.

Simply outstanding in every way! Prompt and on time, work was exceptional, crew very professional and careful.

As a condominium association, we hired Orchids Landscaping approximately 6 months ago and wanted to report that we are extremely happy with the service they are providing. We had a wonderful experience with Miguel the owner of Orchid's Landscaping! We had searched for many months to have our front yard garden landscaping replaced. When we moved into our new house in 2020, the builder had planted some bushes and a large amount of Juniper. Not bad, but all green!
Over the last year we consulted with a half dozen landscapers to tear everything out and give us a garden of beautiful color. Surprisingly, most would come and either not follow up with a promised plan or they were charging a ridiculous fee for what we felt would be inferior and insufficient plantings.
We saw Miguel of Orchid's at a neighbor's home redoing their garden. It was beautiful! We spoke to the homeowner and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced his installation was. A little over half other estimates. We had Miguel give us an estimate to rip out and replant with various plants. It was extremely reasonable and we contracted with him.
Within a few days we approved a plan, and worked together to pick the type of plants. Miguel, his son, and another worker ripped out and hauled away the old bushes, installed new irrigation lines, and planted 70 beautiful new plants of various varieties, in a single day! We feel blessed that our paths crossed. Now my other neighbor is using him and several passers by asked him for business cards when they saw the work he had done :)

Orchid installed pavers pin or driveway apron and backyard patio. They did a very nice job. It continues to look great.

Miguel and his crew did a complete renovation of our landscaping and took over our weekly maintenance. They are very thorough and knowledgeable and truly care about their work and quality.

Miguel, and Orchid Landscaping have become an important part of our weekly home maintenance. Pedro and the other employees keep our grounds in impeccable condition and always looking great regardless of the season. In addition, Orchid has put new pavers in our driveway and front entry and now preparing to retile our entire back patio and pool area. We had tried several other maintenance companies before finding Orchid and now finally fully satisfied.

G&G has been my lawn and landscape service for more than two years and I continue to be very satisfied with this great company! Their reliability and availability is excellent, and their responsiveness to all my special requests is top notch! Best ever!!

From a company who touts excellent communication and professionalism, I found there to be neither. Excited at the prospect of both, while having had problems attaining these with other lawn companies interviewed after my longtime yard guy retired, I specifically requested a walk through estimate and was told by representative on phone that would be no problem. Hence an appointment was made—one in which no one showed up or even bothered to call and cancel.

Instead of apologizing and rescheduling, I received a text saying if I wanted service they would send the team. This was not our agreement and an incredibly unprofessional response. So I decided to continue looking and found another group who, for the same cost, had no problem coming out for an estimate as agreed and who has done a wonderful job with exceptional communication and follow up. Therefore, given my interaction with them, I do NOT recommend G&G Garden and Lawn. Look elsewhere.
