These guys did my entire front and back lawn, all new sod, large mulching area, and new plants. They did an awesome job. It looks great, they are nice and good people. Will definitely use them again!

The project definitely fell short in every aspect considering the $3000+ paid. We had high expectations but would've been satisfied with average. As you can see from the picture posted the water lines weren't placed how they found them, palms blew over, palms not spaced evenly or entirely covering 1 side. Palms dying.

Every job Gary has done for us always exceeds our expectations.

Landscape on a Budget was an excellent choice to design and install a landscaping project for my front yard. They were helpful in designing, very professional, and the the price of the project was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I recently used Gary and his crew from Landscaping on a Budget in Sarasota to completely redue the landscaping at my residence and could not have had a better experience. Top notch in every category and plan to utilize their services again in the future.

Tremendous job. Listened to our ideas, but also provided excellent suggestions (that we e corporates into the design). Plants were large, healthy, and beautiful. Very friendly - all of the crew who worked on our job were excellent. Totally exceeded our expectations!

They were quick to take our money even before finishing the job which is my fault. They haven't finished all the work that we agreed upon and paid for before Christmas. Now they are saying it is not worth there time sending someone to to finish what we agreed to and paid for. What they did looks great but definitely don't pay them a dime until you are satisfied that the job is complete!

After contacting 4 local landscapers, all either no shows or no return calls, I then had such a positive, willing and reliable response from Gary and his crew. We needed some professional help in sprucing up our 18yr old landscaping. Gary Bushorr and his assistant, Rayne were knowledgeable and helped us improve our front and back yards with beautiful plantings. His crew of 2 young men were courteous and on time!!!! That doesn’t always happen here in Sarasota!
They spread 70 bags of mulch after adding the shrubs and flowers, working hard all day in the heat. Even Gary’s wife Patti stopped over before she left to pick up all the mulch. Behind every good man is his woman! Gary has stopped by twice to check on the plantings and is going to replace a few small things that aren’t “happy”. I HIGHLY recommend

Sarasota has hundreds of landscapers, ranging rom large companies to small one person businesses. I have had a lot of landscape jobs done for me here in Sarasota. By good fortune and Providence, I opened the Hometown News one day and saw Gary's add.
My husband and I needed help. Our yard was torn up. I called Gary. Within three weeks we got a gorgeous, elegant, happy yard and hard a lot of fun watching and interacting with Anthony and Brian. Gary's love for landscaping, his practiced eye, and the very high quality of the plants and sod he planted are excellent and uncommon traits.
I am already giving his cards to our neighbors....

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with the overhaul of our little neck of the woods here in Sarasota! Caroline has quite an eye and could practically read my mind as to what I was hoping for with the design of new landscaping in the front & back of our property. The tear-out of our old stuff, planting of the new, mulching, stone edging, all went quickly, efficiently, and very well done. The entire team is very detail oriented, which goes a long way with me. Gary and his crew came out on a fairly short notice. His crew worked over the New Year Eve and Day holiday to “knock it out.” The sod looks great and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Job well done!

Landscaping on a Budget is an awesome company. We had a dead palm tree that needed removal and we wanted to add river rock and pavers. The guys were very respectful and on time. We received several emails and phone calls keeping us up to speed with the appointment and the progress of the job.
Everything came out beautiful! We would highly recommend them!

I was sold because the proposal was priced well below the competition. However, the installation did not conform to the proposal in terms of plant selection and planting pattern. Next, the crew was friendly and worked very hard but cut my neighbor's internet cable and also shredded some of our existing irrigation lines, which I paid another contractor to repair. The real problems began after all of a certain plant began to fail within a week of installation. After lengthy delays between emails and followups the owner said the fix would be my responsibility, even though proof was provided that the plants failed within the 30-day warranty period. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

It was a good experience and I would highly recommend Gary and his crew. They transformed my front yard into a very beautiful area. He gave me a quote in a short period of time and explained exactly what he thought should be done. It turned out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. It was great working with all of them.

I'm an out-of-state owner of rental properties, I found Landscaping on a Budget thru a Google search. They immediately understood my needs as a fellow small business owner for good work on a rental property-friendly budget. On top of the fact that the property that they worked on looks fantastic, their communication was excellent and made me very comfortable as an absentee owner. The best testimonial is repeat business, and I'm hiring them to work on my other properties as well. The truth is I would hire them for my primary residence as well if I lived in the service area. I'm a happy customer.

We asked for a complete rework of our landscaping (sod, raised beds, flower beds, etc.). Gary and Patti came to our home, listened to our vision, and provided great insight and recommendations to compliment and fulfill our vision. The work was completed promptly and with great attention to detail. Anthony did the majority of the work and was professional and very personable. Pricing was very fair considering the extensive work we requested. Highly recommended for anyone requiring landscaping done with meticulous attention to detail.

Gary and his guys did an amazing job transforming our yard from okay to absolutely gorgeous! He is highly professional and provided a lot of insight. Also, he went above and beyond what I expected when he made sure our newly installed grass was watered properly when I was unavailable.
