Graham Heating & Air Conditioning - Seffner

Well the only thing I can really say good was the young man was pleasant he was here right on time, didn't really do much ,:which was we had a leak in our evaporator , and it was $2,100 and I said we don't have it and I was going to get a second opinion which I did, and yes it did need cleaning 6 months check up I don't know what much you do just look at it and tell me I have a leak, call your office that money was for labor that's way too much the leak was miniscule I had not lost any 4:10. so we were good, my husband was shown how to clean the outside which took about 10 minutes not bad and it's running beautifully and didn't cost me $2,100 which is ridiculous for labor I'm not sure how you justify that much labor?? but I've gone online and nobody else charges that much for that job, what you didn't need a new evaporator but I'm surprised he didn't catch that my blue light was hanging and it was burned out or was that going to be a surprise after he got my 2,100.00 and oh my goodness now we need 800.00 for a blue light,,,? which we had taken out. so that was not caught ,not happy,!!!

Had Graham out to look at a unit at my rental property that had stopped working. Tech stated that my unit had come off the brackets and everything was separated. I needed to replace the unit. Minimum of $13,000 and over $17,000 if I got all the “bells and whistles”. If I wanted to repair it would be over $5000. For the age of the unit he said it made no sense to fix it. The unit could go out at any given time. He advised he would send me quotes (which I never got). Let him know in the meantime I would get a second opinion. Thankfully I did. The other company came out the next morning and said no problem to repair it. Had it done in less than three hours at a cost of $735. They said if I needed to replace the unit because the repair did not hold a replacement would be $8000 and they would credit me 50% of the repair towards the cost. I’ve used Graham for years back to the Shiver days but this was the last time. Found my new company going forward.

Zach, was very knowledgeable about the A/C system. Gave us options on what to do with explanations we could understand. thank you
