Mark did a great job replacing the old outside water shut off valve with a new valve. He also changed out the old plug in the bathtub/shower with a new one. It was done in a timely manner and not too costly. Have used him three times and glad we have found a plumber we can rely on to do the job right and not try to get over on us.

Water was seeping from under the base boards in our bathroom. Mark identified the problem quickly and helped us find a water extraction team. He maintained communication with us while the drying process was completed. Once he was given the okay to resume work, he completed the repairs in a timely manner.
