I set up the service call for my Mom and I met the technician Skylar while he was there working. We were happy with the great customer service he provided, patience and knowledge of the issue of a main line clog. He took his time to answer all my questions and make sure to double check on the after math of the repair. He was very professional, unbothered and willing to meet the expectations within.

Gabe was great. He came out the same day and fixed the plumbing issue quickly and professionally. Really appreciate the fast response, would definitely recommend!

We have used Johnny Doan several times over the past year for plumbing issues we've had at two separate properties. We've had very good service on each occasion. Their communication over the phone and via email is professional, yet friendly and helpful. They always let you know ahead of time who your plumber will be so you know who to expect. Most recently, Jesse was our plumber. He showed up on time, was able to diagnose the issue, and then repair it in a reasonable amount of time. Based on our experiences with them, I would recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing.

Lance did a a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher. The installer from the big box store wouldn’t install it and said if he did, it would stick out 5 to 7 inches into my kitchen. Lance was able to reroute the drain line and install with no problem. This is third time I have used Johnny Doan Plumbing, and each time I have been impressed with their timelines, professionalism, communication, and pricing. They recently re-plumbed my entire home. It took Jake and team less than 6 hours and everything turned out great. The city inspector was extremely happy with their work. There estimate also included patching the drywall, which Conner did an awesome job. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by them.

Matt was nothing short of an amazing life safer today! We snaked the toilet 3 times and had no luck. Matt was able to unclog the main pipe and get both the toilet and tub unclogged. Matt was very pleasant and not upset about helping us out on a Sunday! Thanks again Matt you were wonderful today !

Our experience with Justin Cook, owner of CDS, was extremely positive. We had a shower valve issue on the weekend and he came right away. We scheduled him for a second job and he brought his technician, Jordan. Both men are friendly, respectful, have great personalities, are very knowledgeable and professional. All the work was done to our satisfaction. The rates are reasonable, and we will be calling
again if we are in need.

I’ve had 4 plumbers come out insisting I was having septic problems even though the water flooding my bathrooms was clean water. CDS Plumbing came out today, Justin and Matt quickly verified it was not the septic but a clogged drain. Justin even mopped up the floors! While the owner Justin is adorable the Justin who came out today was much more polite and helpful (they dared me to mention that!) Highly recommended company. Their quote was considerably less than the other plumbers.

Outstanding service from Henry! I am incredibly grateful. My toilet wasn’t flushing and was leaking from the base, but Henry was able to come out on a Saturday to help. He walked me through every step he took to unclog the toilet and explained why it wasn’t flushing. It’s just my mom and I here and he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I also spoke with Jordan about pricing and he made sure I was taken care of, extremely reasonable. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely call them for any future issues.
