Jim, Marcos and crew were excellent! They did a large, thorough trimming job with courtesy and professionalism. Of the quotes I received from multiple companies, Greater Bay Area Tree Service was by far the lowest, but quality was not sacrificed. I will definitely be using them for future jobs and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

Had the team out to take care of two large oaks that had grown together over 20+ years. They were on time, professional and did a great job.

They took their time explaining what they were going to do and how they would make the trees look when done. Mission accomplished!

They also moved some items (chairs/potted plants) that were in the way, so they didn't get damaged. And they cleaned up the work site before leaving.

Very happy with the work performed and the cost. If you need a tree service, give these folks a call.

Before finding Greater Bay I had spent 2 weeks dealing with no shows and extremely high estimates to have a large oak removed. I found Greater Bay's website, and Cary came out the same day and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the job and he and his crew came out promptly to do the work. They were all friendly and professional, and they did an outstanding job, removing a tree close to my house, grinding the stump, leveling the yard, and cleaning up when they were done. I also needed an area dug and cleared for a limestone drive and they took care of that and spread the limestone while they were there too. I highly recommend their service!

Just WOW on a very difficult tree removal. Great service guys. 10/10. Had them remove a towering oak tree and others from my property in Hillsborough County and they did so with an emphasis on safety of the guys and my property. Price was fair and was really impressed with how they planned out a very difficult tree. Was fun yet nerve racking to watch but went exactly as they planned. Top tier guys that really know their way arround those chainsaws and that crane. Will defiantly contact carry for any tree work I need in future and recommend them to family and friends.

We needed to get 3 palm trees in our front yard trimmed with short notice before listing our house for sale. I spoke with Cary who said he was a few weeks out but would try to get some guys by next week after wrapping up a nearby job. They were able to come by within a week and were in and out in 30-45 mins. They did a great job, were professional, and very friendly. Cary was communicative and easy to work with. 5-star experience!

They did a great job trimming my large Oak tree. The owner was very nice and gave me a very good price for the job. The crew was professional, efficient and friendly. Cary was fantastic to work with. He came out and did an estimate and when I still had some question came out again to discuss and re-estimate. They were able to do the work within a week. They did thorough clean up and even left us the wood we could use in the fireplace as requested. Once they were done Cary came out for a walk through of the work and we found a couple of places that still needed additional trimming. He sent his crew out within days to finish up the the work without any follow up on my end.

Most importantly, his pricing was fair and reasonable compared to many other estimates I got from other companies. He didn't just price by number and type of trees. He estimated how much work there actually was.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone! My trees haven't looked this good in years!!!

Working with Donny and Cary was an excellent experience, at a very affordable price. I had a massive grand oak that I wanted to trim and make beautiful, and their crew came out quickly to handle the job. Very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond for my wife and I when we needed an additional letter to give the city for a new pool permit. Will use them next time and we highly recommend!

Third time to use GBA. 2018, 2022 and this past week. Fair pricing, communicates, fast without compromising quality. Clean up job was excellent. Already had lots of leaves from oak tree but they cleaned up everything. Crew never stopped and everyone was always busy, no one was just standing around. First 2 jobs were trimming. This week had an oak tree removed as well as trimming and I would have no hesitation in referring this company, and I don't like to refer to friends and family, one little mistake and you know who's fault it will be.

Cary and his team did a great job. Quality work, fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Very happy with the results! Would use them again in the future.

Greater Bay Area Tree & Arborist has been our go-to tree service for years. We can always rest assured that the job will be done correctly, with proper licenses, credentials, and insurance in place to provide a professional experience. They have assisted our company and our clients with jobs of all sizes, from routine shaping/ maintenance, to emergency full tree removal.

Recently, we had an enormous limb fall on the roof of one of our properties. The rest of the tree was in poor condition, posing a larger and immediate threat to the structure. Carey and his team promptly arrived with their equipment (including a crane) and removed the entire tree while documenting for insurance and mitigating any additional damages.
