Ann didn't clean well because she brought different and young girls into my home and left them in my home alone. Not only did the home not get cleaned, but I didn't feel safe having the variety andquality of people in my home. Thus i discontinued service. I found it ironic, that Ann left a review on my business website giving me a 1 star as a professional. I hired Ann for my personal home, Ann was never a patient yet she found it acceptable to write a fraudulent review. Not only did Ann not do a good job, but when I simply let her go, she wrote fraudulent reviews about my business. Wow! I reported her and will send a copy of the review she made to the BBB against her as she never utilized my services.

I hired Ann to complete a deep clean in my condo. She was professional and her assist cleaners were equally professional as they arrived as schedules and efficient in their work time. Ann used quality cleaning supplies and offered helpful advice on maintaining a sanitized home. My mom, uncle and I were please with the results and requested Ann to take us on as a new client. Thank you Ann for great service!

Ann always does an amazing job every week! My house always ends up perfect, she never misses a spot. She is also very reliable and never cancels at the last minute. Her prices are very fair. I highly recommend Ann!

We had lots of post construction sheetrock dust. Scheduling was easy, Erica was friendly, professional and worked the entire 4 hours. We asked her to vacuum the cabinets out...not a problem! The condo is spotless. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use MaidPro again. Thank you MaidPro for the exceptional job.

All the stress of leaving our home has been eliminated with their comprehensive program. In addition Todd is extremely responsive to our unique needs. And the service and commitment to our home is fantastic - it meant so much to get a call from Todd less than 48 hours after Irma letting us know we were ok. I’ve never had a maid service before but I’m glad we gave Maid Pro a try. I’ve had two different maids clean my home and both of them did such a wonderful job. They are very kind and friendly! They also are very sure to let me know they welcome feedback and desire to do a great job for me and if they can do anything better to fit my needs they will do to it! To me, that says a lot. They don’t just say that, but they do mean it. They also are very gentle working around my things. I’m so glad Maid Pro helps us keeping our home looking clean and bright! Rachel and Jennifer do an excellent job with my Four bedroom home. I have birds and a large dog and Cook alot and extra care is as low ways given to bathroom tissues. Makes coming home special. Flexible and friendly. A joy to have in my home.

I have used MaidPro for several years and they have always been a great service, and the owners Todd and Joy are extremely polite and accommodating, but that is not the main reason for this review, however. I would like to publicly acknowledge the woman that cleans my house on a monthly basis. Her name is Brittany and this gal cleans like no one i have ever had clean my home before, down to cleaning the dirty coffee pot.
