Our new pro was Ashley F. She did a terrific job cleaning our condo. She was on time and extremely responsive to our needs. She was consciousness and addressed all the areas we discussed. Would definitely recommend her services.

Just experienced my 1st service with MaidPro St Petersburg. Rachel was our cleaning lady. She was awesome. Very friendly and did a great job cleaning our home. I hope she will be our permanent cleaning lady.

Had construction work done in my apt. There was a great deal of construction dust and everything was out of place. Called Maid pro and was given a quick appointment and I was made to feel that they would have everything in hand. When Ally, Paris and Rachel K. came they were friendly, cooperative and efficient. They made my apartment liveable again. It is my intentention to continue with them. Promised to customized my service.

I needed cleaning for my daughter’s home. She’s expecting a baby and I wanted to give her help with the housekeeping. Ashley was great, efficient and professional, also friendly. The customer service was amazing. We are happy to have Ashley come to the every 2 weeks.

I am a single guy, I have the maid service come to my apartment every two weeks and I cannot overstate how nice it is to walk in to a spotless kitchen, bathroom, the floors are done and everything is so tidy. Haley H. came in and even tidied up the laundry I accidently left out. It gives me so much of my time back.

The ladies showed up on time!! Got right to work. Was fast but very very very thorough. I needed a deep clean because mommy life took over and I do the basics but needed the extra elbow work to get the spots that you typically don't get. I can't wait for my next service!!!

My house is like I just moved in!!! Great to see it this way after a trying 3 yrs!! Ms.india was the best!!!! Great restart!!

I have been using MaidPro for several months, and couldn't be more pleased. Kristen is my regular assigned team member and she always does a great job! She is always on time, very friendly, thorough and always willing to address any special needs or requests above the standard bi-weekly cleaning. Just hired MaidPro on Friday after finding out we were having unexpected company arriving Saturday afternoon. Rachel & Aryam arrived promptly at 9am Saturday morning. After experiencing a great deal of “hit and miss” with housecleaners, I wasn’t sure what to expect. They were incredibly friendly and professional from the moment they entered my home.

This wasn’t an easy job because we’re in the process of moving somebody in., So there are boxes everywhere. I apologize for the confusion, but they reassured me that it was no trouble at all and proceeded to clean my place as well as it’s ever been cleaned. I am not only continuing biweekly housecleaning services from maid pro, I have specifically requested that Rachel & Aryam be permanently assigned to my account.

Aryam Merced was fantastic and did an absolutely amazing job, paid attention to detail and took great care of each room. I'll definitely be going back for future bookings.

We had Destiny C. do an initial clean of my boyfriend’s very….”lived-in” townhome, before I moved all my stuff in. She arrived on time, was super friendly, patient when we had questions, and very gracious when our dumb dog was being curious lol. And we are SO happy with her work! She even got some paint off our tile that we didn’t even ask for because we thought it was a long-permanent stain. And I am so happy to move into a CLEAN home. We’ll definitely be scheduling semi/regular cleanings with this company again. Thank you Destiny!

I’ve been using MaidPro for quite a few years because they do an impeccable job cleaning my home. The Pros are very professional, reliable and fantastic at what they do. Mirelis especially - she is a dream!!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Pro!! And communication is excellent. Very, very pleased and I highly recommend them!

I recently hired MaidPro for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and I was assigned Dilaimary as my cleaner. I am beyond impressed with her work. She was incredibly thorough, ensuring every nook and cranny was spotless. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable. On top of that, Dilaimary was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout. My home has never looked better, and I’ll definitely be using MaidPro again. Highly recommend!

I have had this cleaning company for going on four years now. I am lucky that all four cleaning technicians that I have had have been very good! My current cleaning technician, Bonnie, replaced our previous favorite two months ago, when that one moved on to a full-time job.. Bonnie has set a new standard for quality and excellence! She is punctual, professional, personable, friendly and she does possibly the best job of any cleaner that I have had in the past 20 years! I hope she remains with the company for a long time!

Alicia did an amazing job of cleaning my townhouse! The house was left in pretty bad shape because of an animal of a tenant. Alicia spent almost 4 hours and the place looked immaculate! I have had other people before use MaidPro with great success!! Setting up is extremely easy and the communication is very easy as well ....no surprises. Would highly recommend anybody to use MaidPro

I had an incredibly poor experience with this cleaning company. I was charged over $500 for a service that, upon inspection, appeared as if very little — if anything — had been cleaned. I live out of town and am renting this unit, so I wasn't able to check the work immediately. When I finally arrived and saw the condition, I called the company and spoke with Jennifer. While she apologized, she informed me that it had been too long (just one week) to qualify for a re-clean.

This is unacceptable, especially given the high cost and the fact that I had to hire another company to properly clean the space. While a few areas looked slightly cleaned, the overall result was far below professional standards. This experience felt like a scam. I expected much better service for the price paid. Shame on this company for not standing behind their work or offering a solution.

Do not use this company — I regret hiring them.

We’re so happy with the results of our home deep cleaning! Kenya is so wonderful and she did a great job!! She was thorough and when we came home, the house looked brand new. It also smelled so fresh!! We are more than satisfied with the results and will be using MaidPro again in the future. We recommend their services to everyone. Thank you again, Kenya!!
