Deajana (Dee) was our PRO and lived up to my expectations and more. She really did a great job and went above and beyond in cleaning our home. When COVID-19 hit, we reached out to MaidPro to perform regular cleaning/disinfecting of our office areas, break room, bathrooms and other "high-touch" areas. Before I moved here, I had a private cleaning lady for ten years. I was leery to hire a strange person or a service. After doing it myself for ten months, I broke down and decided to try MaidPro. I have been thrilled since day one! I felt very comfortable the the lady they sent. She did an amazing job and was very efficient. She did nice little touches that let you know the house had been professionally cleaned. The company is always very accommodating to my schedule, and everyone bends over backwards to make sure I am happy. The entire team is very professional! I tell everyone how pleased I am. I am surprised about how pleased I am :). This has been one of the best decisions I have made. MaidPro is fabulous!!! Ivannia and Jorge are the best.

Rachel and Jennifer do an excellent job with my Four bedroom home. I have birds and a large dog and Cook alot and extra care is as low ways given to bathroom tissues. Makes coming home special. Flexible and friendly. A joy to have in my home.

I have used MaidPro for several years and they have always been a great service, and the owners Todd and Joy are extremely polite and accommodating, but that is not the main reason for this review, however. I would like to publicly acknowledge the woman that cleans my house on a monthly basis. Her name is Brittany and this gal cleans like no one i have ever had clean my home before, down to cleaning the dirty coffee pot. Every time i walk into a room i am surprised by something she has cleaned that i didn't think about. Thank you MaidPro and thank you Brittany.

Our new pro was Ashley F. She did a terrific job cleaning our condo. She was on time and extremely responsive to our needs. She was consciousness and addressed all the areas we discussed. Would definitely recommend her services.

Had construction work done in my apt. There was a great deal of construction dust and everything was out of place. Called Maid pro and was given a quick appointment and I was made to feel that they would have everything in hand. When Ally, Paris and Rachel K. came they were friendly, cooperative and efficient. They made my apartment liveable again. It is my intentention to continue with them. Promised to customized my service.

I needed cleaning for my daughter’s home. She’s expecting a baby and I wanted to give her help with the housekeeping. Ashley was great, efficient and professional, also friendly. The customer service was amazing. We are happy to have Ashley come to the every 2 weeks.

I am a single guy, I have the maid service come to my apartment every two weeks and I cannot overstate how nice it is to walk in to a spotless kitchen, bathroom, the floors are done and everything is so tidy. Haley H. came in and even tidied up the laundry I accidently left out. It gives me so much of my time back.

The ladies showed up on time!! Got right to work. Was fast but very very very thorough. I needed a deep clean because mommy life took over and I do the basics but needed the extra elbow work to get the spots that you typically don't get. I can't wait for my next service!!!
