I had a lazy roommate that wouldn't clean so I hired this company to come clean my apartment. The lady that came did a really great job. She paid attention to detail and got the place spotless. If I ever need cleaning services again I'd definitely hire them again.

Attention to detail is what you will get with Premier Signature Cleaning. Although I knew Krystal, I didn’t know that she had cleaned houses or businesses. Once she told me that I asked her if she would come to my home to clean it. She was so professional. First we discussed what my needs were, then she did an evaluation of the house. Afterwards, we discussed her plan of action and then she just took over. Krystal is definitely focused on attention to detail and she never disappoints. Although Krystal has opened her own cleaning business recently, she has been cleaning my homes for the past 3 years. Integrity is key and also best describes Krystal. I have known her for quite a few years, she is honest and trustworthy. She has been at my home while I am there dealing with many conference calls for my own business, I’ve never felt the need to shut the door during my calls. At no time have I ever had anything come back to me that I have discussed in my home while she has been there working from any of the people that we both know. I have also left Jewelry out of my dresser many times and she will always ask me if she can move it in order to continue cleaning, If I wasn’t there, she left it exactly where it was and left a note for me telling me because she couldn’t get a hold of me. She didn’t want to move it without my permission. I have always told her you don’t have to bother asking me go ahead and do it and yet every single time she asked me if it’s OK. I have literally left money out In the kitchen and she would write a note to me and let me know that she stacked up the money that I had scattered (loose change and dollars). It is nerve-racking trying to find someone to come into your home or business and trust them without knowing them. Krystal is definitely the person that you can trust, she is discreet, hardworking, competent and she will do an outstanding job for you. If you want the BEST…you have found her. HIRE HER!

Krystal was AWESOME! This was a last-minute decision to do something for my house since I have zero time to take care of all the things that need to be taken care of. She came in and worked her butt off all by herself and worked for hours. I got home and there was so many cute touches around the house and our favorites were the blankets turned into bows. My daughter thought it was adorable! she was super nice, incredibly thorough, and my house felt amazing when I walked into it. So incredibly grateful as I have company coming this weekend!

Krystal came in to clean our office and bathrooms at our repair shop… and she went above and beyond what we honestly expected especially after using so many different companies, and seeing what and how they do… Her weekly little go thru was better than most companies deep cleans… we will continue to use her and hire her company as our full time cleaner for weekly cleans.
