Reviews of local pros in Seminole, Florida

ProClean are organized, on time and did a bang up job on my roof and property. I will call them again. My brick pavers and roof were very dirty and they are sparkling now!!

We are so happy with the job ProClean did on our home. This is the second time we've had them out and it's been great both times. Highly recommend!

We used ProClean for our tile roof. They did an exceptional job for much less than I would have thought it would cost. Highly recommended!

I’m very impressed with this company. From the time that submitted my request they immediately submitted their proposal along with their credentials.
Special attention was given to this project because my Uncle is a 93 year old disabled veterane. The team arrived ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job.
Special thanks to Nathaniel for coordinating this event.

Nathan came to our winter residence assessed our needs and gave my wife and I a competitive quote. ProClean showed up on the day he promised and did a phenomenal job! We will hire them next year for sure.

ProClean was very professional. Emailed an estimate with all their insurance info. They showed up on time, were courteous and efficient (the two man team helped). Will definitely use them again.

Horrible - Paid $1000 for pressure washing and paver sand/seal very small pool deck. Didn’t fill sand joints, completely missed sealing a 7’x7’ area, and all washed off with first rainfall. Said they would come back and fix. Never happened.

DO NOT HIRE !

On time, efficient, friendly, professional and very good at what they do.

ProClean went above and beyond our expectations! They truly know their craft and are experts in their field. Superb value, excellent service and they treat you like a VIP. I highly recommend Nate and his team. ProClean is the absolute best!

We highly recommend proclean… Their staff is honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Nate and his guys offer excellent and affordable services. We have never once been disappointed with their performance. If you require any washing services just call and tell them Justin and Ashley sent you! They’ll take great care of you!

Proclean went above and beyond for me. They got my house back in wonderful condition . At first I was only gonna do part of the house but after their team started, I ended up having the whole thing done. And I am not disappointed by any means . This company is so professional from the communication at the beginning, to the punctuality of the team physically coming to the house, and to the final communication at the end. Definitely recommend them over any other company. And I have had several companies come out and they don’t compare to proclean.
10/10 will use them again in the future.

My service was excellent! You guys have earned a permanent customer!
Thank you again!

I used ProClean Everything to clean my roof in Sarasota. They did the cleaning on the date promised and sent me pictures of the cleaned roof. The cost was reasonable and I am totally satisfied by the excellent job the ProClean Everything did. I highly recommend them!

We have had ProClean power wash and seal our pavers twice over the course of years. Not only are their rates half of what some other companies quote, they are professional, courteous, and do a fantastic job. Our pavers look brand-new, and just in time for out-of-town company. We can't recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

very professional and caring!, roof looks like new!

This is a company you can rely upon to turn up on time and do the job you expected plus a little more. I asked Rafael to fix a tile while he was on the roof and it was no problem. The before and after photos are incredible. Nothing but the best to say about this company. many thanks for a great job at a reasonable price.

"Driveway and sidewalk cleaned great but poorly run." After truck left, we notice a big black stain in front of driveway where truck was parked. When I called to ask if they would come look at it, they said it wasn't his truck and that it must be a delivery truck. I assured them it wasn't there before. Now we have gone back and forth trying to get them to come back and address the big black stain. I had to mentioned litigation before they would make time to return !!

Rafael and crew were efficient and thorough with the job of the power wash of my house and the difficult clean up of my back lanai with the weeds there. They were also careful with moving items off and on the lanai. I appreciate all the help and the work they did.

The roof was cleaned as promised and on time. But the chemicals used detrimentally affected both of our plumeria plants, killing all the leaves. The owner gave a myriad of excuses rather than owning up to the issue and we were not offered any compensatory discount. I will NOT employ their services again.

They power washed and sealed our travertine pool deck. Came out on time and did a great job with the cleaning and sealing. Nate was good with communication and got I quick responses to emails. Pricing was fair and in line with other quotes I received. Would use them again.

Very pleased with the Quality of the workmanship. The workers were very detailed rinsed the exterior walls of the home with water in addition to rinsing all the landscaping around the property. I would highly recommend pro clean for your roof cleaning. Neat clean, responsible and good customer service.
