Reviews of local pros in Seminole, Florida

Two years ago, I decided I wanted to build a pool but had no idea where to start. That’s when I met Sean from LHC Pool Design, and he made the entire process easy from the very beginning.

Sean showed up on time and came prepared to talk through my ideas and concerns about building a pool from scratch. He was patient, listened carefully, and offered great suggestions based on the layout of my backyard and the style of my home. Together, we designed a pool that I’m extremely happy with.

What really impressed me was how simple Sean made the process. He gathered three different estimates from three pool companies, which gave me the ability to compare options and choose the builder that was the best fit for me.

Sean also stayed involved throughout the project. He checked in periodically during construction to see how things were progressing and followed up with me even after the project was completed.

I couldn’t be happier with how smooth and straightforward the entire experience was. I highly recommend LHC Pool Design and Sean to anyone thinking about building a pool. They truly make the process easy, simple, and the end result is beautiful

I had an excellent experience with LHC Pool Designs.

Sean was very professional; he came to my home and spent an hour on-site taking measurements needed to draft the design. He also spent time with me discussing options for the pool and landscaping ideas. He provided some recommendations that offered an improved design making the most out of the space available for my project.

Once the plan was finalized, he then created a virtual design of for the pool and outdoor kitchen. This step allowed me to have a visual of the final design, eliminating any questions I may have had about the end product.

At no point in the process did I feel any pressure. I simply told them what I wanted, and they presented several options for me to pick how to move forward.

I would highly recommend LHC Pool Designs to anyone interested in installing a pool or outdoor kitchen.

Very knowledgeable and thorough

Sean designed our pool! He was very attentive as he was with us every step of the way!! Outstanding and relatable and I highly recommend him.

Cameron did a fantastic job on a custom landscaping project for a luxury single family home we built. Very professional, timely, and great with my buyers too.

We had them build out a backyard oasis for the pool and then class up the front yard with some historic requirements and additional buyer selections.

They took care of my backyard after the heavy rains. They came quickly and gave me a realistic solution to my problem and didn’t try to up charge me like a bunch of other companies.

Good folks running this place. Trust Cam 10/10 to help your scattered thoughts coalesce into a beautiful hardscape. Precise construction, efficient and tight workgroups. I couldnt be happier with the result, would go back to for the next project i want pros to complete.

We contacted the company and within a day were given a very reasonable estimate for a complete landscape design. We were also looking for someone to remove the damage the hurricanes at done to our home. Within a short time, Max and Hector and team came and within a day, installed a new landscape! Everything was checked and double checked. When we had a sprinkler issue, they returned within a day to repair. The team also replaced plants that were not doing well. It was very easy to communicate with the office. We would recommend their services.

I hired this company (after meeting with several) to address drainage issues in our backyard. They adjusted the grading, and after one year we have not had any standing water. They have gone above and beyond and have continued to come back as needed. Much appreciated!

Max, Hector and their team were outstanding. Large project after our seawall was installed. Pavers (front and backyard), palm trees, sod, salt tolerant plants, lighting and irrigation. Max was great explaining what we should do and designed a beautiful layout throughout our property. Hector and team worked tirelessly to make everything happen. Super easy to work with and explained everything as things went along. Couldn’t be happier with the final outcome!

Does Great Work travis and his partner i recommend using them you wont be sorry!!! i tryed other lawn services they all sucked.

Travis takes care of our lawn and he does a fabulous job. Very dependable and thorough. He goes above and beyond.

Don and his son did such an amazing job with our front yard and gave it such an amazing cleanup and facelift. Can’t wait to see how our backyard is gonna look we recommend him to family and friends, super reliable, very family, friendly and oriented.

I contacted Don the owner, who had done some landscaping it my daughter’s house. I told him that I needed to sod in my front yard. He came out and gave me a quote that was very reasonable; so I told him to proceed. Today he came out and laid down the lawn.
