Received services by TB Plumbing today for my garbage disposal and leaky shower. The technician was Andy. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. It didn't take him long at all to assess the problem and fix the issue in a timely manner. Andy represents the company very well. Thanks.

Highly recommended this company. Alex and Andy made short work replacing our water heater. Very professional and well spoken.

Matt came from St. Pete to fix my garbage disposal. He really worked on it to try to get it going. no luck. I ended up getting a new garbage disposaI. He had a new one in his truck. Lucky me !!! When it came time to pay he was very helpful and patient with me using the Zelle app on my phone. Let’s just say I couldn’t have done it without him. He was very respectful and polite. I highly recommend this company!! 5 stars Thank you Matt!!

Alex is a true professional. He was prompt and very through. He explained everything and made me feel at ease. He did a great job and I would ask for him back.

Thanks Alex

I had a main line stoppage on a SUNDAY with one guest already present and additional guests arriving in only a few hours. I knew prices were going to be higher, but I called another company and they were outrageous. I called TB Plumbing and Konstantin said he wasn’t sure if they had anyone in the area but asked if he could check with one of his guys and call me back. Within a few minutes Elena called me back and said Matt would be on his way. Matt came and took care of the issue within the hour, not trying to stay for an additional fee. He was courteous and professional, spoke with my neighbors as we share a clean out. Overall great experience. I will never call anyone else. Thank you ALL!!!

Andy came out today and was amazing! He immediately identified the problem and had resolution for us in just a few minutes. Very personable and professional. I highly recommend TB Plumbing!

TB Plumbing replaced my water heater under a Rheem warranty on November 5, 2025. Andy, my service technician, did an excellent job. His workmanship was top-notch, and he was both professional and courteous throughout the process.

Review for Andy – T&B Plumbing
Andy did an excellent job replacing the faucet and repairing the tub spout. He explained what needed to be done, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with — I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I recently used The Best Plumbing for fixing a dripping faucet and I really liked it. Justin arrived on time, messaged me beforehand confirming the time he would be here, finished the job quickly without making a mess. He was super polite and well-mannered. I’d definitely recommend this company!

TB plumbing is awesome(Andy). Came out and did an excellent job on fixing our plumbing problem. He did not give up and we appreciate him fixing this week long problem. I would recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues

I received great service from this company. Andy came to my house to diagnose my leaky kitchen faucet and he was so kind and helpful. I also felt like he was honest in regards to diagnosing and trying to save us money. Sara was the appt coordinator and she always returned my calls and communicated well.

Matt came out to the house to fix my water softener. Very knowledgeable and polite! Explained how to to care for system going forward. I would definitely recommend.

Alex and Andy were very professional and did an outstanding job of replacing my water heater.

I have been without my garbage disposal for about 2 weeks now. I ALWAYS try to fix everything myself before a call for a repairman. So, I of course thought I would be getting a new disposal! Matthew came today and after about 10 minutes he had it working again! Im very embarrassed to say what it was, but see the attached pic!
This company was great. Responded quickly, easily found a time that worked for me, and Matt was awesome!

Andy was prompt, efficient, and professional when he came out to replace my hot water heater tank. The office staff was also very helpful in working with my home warranty company and communicating with me. I highly recommend Andy and his company, TB Plumbing.

Brad was amazing. Confident in his work and our new water heater. Gave me tips to keep it in top condition for the years to come. Can't recommend them enough

My garbage disposal had broken and detached completely from the kitchen sink. Andy the plumber arrived on time, he was competent and efficient. Everything was repaired and working within less than 30 minutes. I would use TB plumbing/Andy again.

Andy showed up at a perfect time within the window I was given. He came in and was able to diagnose immediately. I needed a new disposer and he was able to install within 20 mins. Extremely convenient so that I could continue with the next ten things to accomplish for my day. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!

Konstantin came and fixed our water heater. They were super fast, made me feel comfortable, and I really appreciate their time. I would highly recommend.

I initially had them come out for a bathtub faucet cartridge replacement. That interaction was a little rough as it took 4 weeks to get done.

The cartridge initially fixed the issue, but ultimately had to have everything (faucet and spout) replaced. The second interaction was MUCH better and the technician (Andy) was spectacular. The owner/manager (Constantine) was also amazing!

Highly recommend!!

Matt did an excellent job on all fronts. He was quick at diagnosing the problems and stepped through getting the appropriate replacement faucet ordered. I’m grateful for his expertise and help.
