Today we had our first experience with Capital Appliance in Seminole (Jeannie and Cory)
We had 4 appliances (out of warranty of course) that needed attention.
Within an hour and a half , Cory had identified the problems with all four!
One he was able to repair in real time, another was scheduled for install upon receipt of parts, one no longer has parts available but still works to meet our needs and the fourth was not worth repairing for the age and cost!
He further advised us on the dishwasher purchase and install/efficiency and parts availability.
We have been in our house for 40 years and this was the most pleasant home repair / service interaction to date.
Cory was affable, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and a straight shooter!
Reasonably priced to boot.
I would give them 6 stars but that is not available to me.

This was my first interaction with Cory from Capital Appliance & A/C for service of my HVAC unit. Cory was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them). No up-sells ...just a straight, honest assessment. Very reasonably priced. Cory was just such friendly person in all respects will definitely use in the future.

My neighbor downstairs asked me to add this to my review as she doesn't have access through Google, she too had Cory service her AC unit and had the same great 5 star experience.

I called Capital Appliance for a quote on a new HVAC system because they were highly recommended by a neighbor. Tech came out and went above and beyond just giving a quote, told me I was still under warranty after 2 other compainies just simply recommended a brand new system (why I called Capital for a 3rd price quote). Unfortunately, another company was here at the same time because they were 3 hours late to appointment causing some tension between the techs. I asked for a quote from Capital and never received it, called store the next day and left a message requesting the quote again and never got a return call. I called again the following day to ask again and was told they were not interested in the job!?? Sadly, I was most impressed with Capital for being on time and going above and beyond the simple quote for a new unit but also telling me I was under warranty and could get parts replaced instead while others were simply taking advantage of me to get a new system installed. I am truly perplexed as to why someone would not want business from a customer and just not return calls after repeated messages. The only excuse I got was we are just "too busy" right now. Not good business or customer service from their customer representative.

We’ve had him put in a new system, fix old systems, and correct overpriced errors of other HVAC companies. One time, I didn’t use him for a new install . I was cutting corners. He showed me how the other guy cut corners by putting duct work meant to be inside a house under a mobile home and it won’t hold up over time. He’s my guy!

I had been quoted some ridiculous prices before, so I was very happy to get a fair and reasonable price. He also walked my husband through his process. Very professional, respectful and honest about everything. He also has a great sense of humor.
