I did some research before choosing Epic Landscaping and I was 100% right in going with this Company. Andres Muneton was so professional and dependable from start to finish. His professional recommendations were outstanding. Our landscaping looks amazing! All the employees were great also. They were paying a close attention to my wife and mine needs and were always willing to pleased us. They worked nonstop and transformed the existing lawn and beds into a beautiful landscape. I would recommend Epic Landscaping to anyone looking for a top quality, professional job with great people. Thank you Guys!

Group 29 and 3, specifically Ramon, Anibal Sandobal, and Bernard did a great job in the community and did my French drain really well. The added comment to the pavers to give it more stability

Mr. Abel Perez was very helpful with re-sodding our backyard. Abel and his team were easy to work with, listened to my family's concerns, and gave us good quality results. I would recommend Mr. Abel Perez and Epic to anyone local looking for a solid landscaping service.

I got drains added to my yard. The work is yet to be tested since it has not rained since I got my drain, but I did want to highlight poor customer service and rude behavior.
First, the manager assigned to me was very rigid and barely gave any discounts. For instance, on the services I finally went through with, I only got a 5% discount. There was another service I was considering, and when I negotiated, I could clearly see how easily I could have been manipulated if I did not know any better. For context, my backyard has turf and other vendors measured it to be around 405 sq.ft. When the manager came to look, she never measured it, and said she used Google or some online source to estimate the measurement later and quoted me a price based on 500 sq.ft of turf. When I bargained, she sent back a reduced invoice by reducing the area (closer to accurate area) and then said I am already giving you this discount. That was the first instance of some level of inaccurate claim being made. It was not a discount, it was a price reduction due to overmeasurement.
I got my service done on a Friday, received the invoice on a Saturday (I had partially paid before the service). The email on Saturday said the amount was due on Thursday, which is a day before I received a service. As a business person myself, I understand the accuracy of documents, and I reached out on Tuesday the following week to get the invoice corrected. The manager said I have only two more days to pay after which I will be charged interest. None of this was written on the invoice. When I asked to send me a revised invoice, with the correct due date, she said it will come through. When I asked for an extension in payment, she said she cannot do that as it is accounting department's task. However, next thing I know she says "I did not charge you to put back the turf". Is this how you speak to a full paying customer who is only asking for a corrected invoice with a slight extension? So if you get assigned to Sara, please be aware that she can be rude and not very flexible in pricing.
Finally, when I spoke over on the phone with whoever picked up, told the whole story, she kind of said it is all good, an invoice is due upon receipt and the deadline cannot be extended. She failed to understand basic accounting as to how can a due date of an invoice be before the service is rendered and before the final invoice is sent.
Overall, I cannot say anything about the work done, but I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Group 6 was in our community today. I give friendliness and smiling ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. However, in all honesty, in my opinion, re the scope of work. I gave this company a 2-star review because the maintenance of the common areas is subpar. Leaves and debris are blown onto my driveway and car during cleaning, leaving it there. Residing on the back end of streets maintained by the Masters, I face a messy situation. Workers' trimming fiscus hedges drop cuttings on my side of the fence, leaving a big mess for me to clean up. To make matters worse, they blow leaves onto my side of the fence, creating an even bigger mess in my backyard.
The homeowners complain from time to time to the HOA. We complained to EPIC. Can you do better, of course! When I see a change, I will be more than happy to do a revised review. Until then, have a wonderful day.

Epic landscaping was great from start to finish. Sara was very professional and great to work with. She was punctual for our appointment, gave me a good price, and followed up. She got me scheduled quickly and the crew was there when they were supposed to be and did a great job trimming my trees, removing all the branches, and even cleaning my driveway afterwards! They definitely exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend them!

We contacted Epic to help us with our backyard Landscaping which was all overgrown. They came out and gave us renderings of their ideas which we really liked. actually did not make many changes to their plan. Josh bravo was in charge of the project and all the workers were very professional and got the job done wonderfully. we are using them for other projects around our yard as well. here are before and after pictures

FANTASTIC DESIGN & SUPPORT from Andrea!!!
After working with a vendor that couldn't follow our requests and wouldn't provide any drawings, we found Epic through a Google search. Andrea met with us right away, listened to all of our thoughts and provided a beautiful rendering of her proposal within a few days. After making some adjustments, Andrea carried us through the installation process, supervising her team every day. She handled every detail with professionalism and care. The final landscape is BEAUTIFUL! We highly recommend Andrea and the Epic team!

Group 10 was in my community today, they did an awesome job. Very responsible, friendly and professional, willing to help all the time.

We used Epic to replace a lot of our landscaping that was old and dying. They were extremely responsive, always professional and their pricing was fair. Most important for me, they think of things I never would have, For example I have a lot of large rocks in our landscaping and they recommended power washing them. Who knew? The yard looks amazing and we now use them for monthly maintenance. Thanks especially to Ramon and group 29 and Faren for taking care of us.

By the reviews, Epic seems to be good for private residences but when it comes to large condominium properties, not so much. This is the most basic of grass care in front of my unit. They sodded it about two years ago but have failed to maintain it. Now it's just weeds and dirt. Their guys are out every week and do nothing. Trim, edge and move on. If you are in association management, avoid these guys. They just don't really care.

Amazing company to do business with. Easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable, reliable, great business mindset. overall an outstanding irrigation and landscaping company. Alex the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with the design of our landscaping from Renderings to the finished product that included the irrigation, landscape lighting, Hardscape and everything that was needed to beautify front and backyard.

They did an amazing job trimming down my high uneven hedge. Luciano and his team #19 listened to my requests and followed through as I asked. I recommend Epic and will use them again. Very professional.

Faren Alvarez and his team were reliable and communicative! Things were seamless from start to finish!

Ronald and his crew did a fantastic job trimming my tree. I received before, during, and after pictures. They were very thoughtful even moving my rope swing to a better branch. The price was more than fair. They cleaned up everything not a limb or twig in the yard!

I am so impressed with the great landscaping job as well as the professionalism. Faren Alvarez made sure to do what we asked for & even more! I will definitely be using Epic Landscaping in the future for all of our needs! Price was exactly what we were quoted as well! I'm most definitely a happy new customer!

I worked wirh Andrea. She is rhe best. She was attentive to my design concept, patient with the various versions of design changes and worked really hard until i was completely satisfied.

I want to give this company a huge thank you for the landscaping job done yesterday. I really do expect a company to be professional and have the ability to organize a job efficiently and provide the services necessary to achieve the best result possible and also to be reasonably priced. Carlos and his team far exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints, the job was done perfectly and all workers did a wonderful job, left everything perfectly neat and were very nice and respectful. They leveled the area, used beautiful green sod, cut out all the areas to allow sprinklers to work. Nothing was left behind for me to deal with.
I cannot say enough about Carlos, who managed the job and made sure everything was completed in one day and the price was very fair.

Epic did a wonderful job for us recently. They extended our rear patio pavers to create a great outdoor gathering space. Their workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend them.

Nicole Wolmer was our salesperson , designer and project director. She listened carefully to our priorities re damaged tree removal, tree replacement, soil replenishment, irrigation efficiency and best choices of low maintenance plants.

Once the project was underway she assigned excellent people to the job. ANIBAL was the main field supervisor who arrived with his crew on time everyday for the 12 day duration. He kept me informed of the scheduled deliveries and projected completion dates for each phase. He was polite and made suggestions when asked.

ABEL, was in charge of irrigation, but I dealt mostly with an efficient guy they called EL FLACO :-). He installed new lines and sprinklers; came back on more than one occasion to tweak the system and to show me how to use my updated system.

Once I get the name of their lighting guy I’ll give a shout out. He’s made our outdoors accessible after dark! Thanks to everyone at Epic.
