Absolutely amazing! I had three landscaping companies give estimates. Not only did they all come in higher in price but they all had the same boring cookie cutter ideas for design. Santiago had no problem adding creative unique plants and flowers for our yard. Nothing but compliments on how it came out. Couldn't be happier.

My garden needed a long awaited make over so I called my brother and asked him who did his. He referred me to Bloom Nursery and they did an amazing job. They were prompt and very professional. My garden was completed in time for the holidays. They also followed up with me to ask if I was satisfied and did another walk through to make sure everything looked good. I am referring them to my coworkers they do a great job.

Awesome experience!! Diego the owner came out and provide an estimate timely. He understood what I wanted and made recommendations that was within my budget. They worked very hard and consulted with me every step of the way to ensure I was satisfied. I’m planning on using them again the very near future for my backyard.

Bloom was so easy to work with! Diego came for an estimate at the the time established. The estimate was competitive. We hired them and got the work done right away. We were very happy with work and how professional the workers were. Highly recommend!!!!

We've been having a WONDERFUL experience with Bloom Nursery AND interestingly, with all their hardworking employees, too, on a whole new landscaping look for our home. We started small, but then were so pleased with their faithful efforts that we decided to add something else and then something else, and our ideas have just kept coming. We're now in about Part 5 of our project, LOL. We've found Diego to be very hardworking, absolutely longing to please, extremely responsive, service is always quick and excellent, seems to genuinely care, and beyond that, he's one of the few out there who have truly EXCELLENT ideas. His opinions are EXCELLENT. He has a great eye and a great attitude. They just finished our exterior lighting and it's FABULOUS. It's a good feeling to know and trust that he will always make everything right. His team is exceptionally dedicated, too. Watching them work fills me with respect.

Worked with Diego, the owner, and I don't have anything bad to say. Final price was affordable and they did a great job. Very knowledgeable about what plants would do well in my front yard while taking into account what I wanted in terms of specific plants. They even fixed my sprinklers and piping for a small extra cost. Highly recommend!

We worked with Diego at Bloom on upgrading the front yard of our new home after getting bids from two other companies. Reasons we picked Bloom: Diego (the owner) showed up on time to our appointments, gave us a reasonable quote the same day, and improved on some of our own ideas for the project. Reasons we are writing this review: the project was completed on time, on budget, and exceeded our expectations. After working with other contractors on different jobs for our new home, this is the kind of company we wish we could work with for everything else.

Diego was an amazing representative of Bloom Nursery! He helped me to come up with an excellent design for my yard, and worked with my budget to produce immaculate results. The plant recommendations and selections were exactly what I had envisioned for my garden. So grateful for the celebrity if your service!!

I’m so happy with my landscape design and installation from Bloom Nursery. Santiago was prompt and courteous and I received my estimate the same day. He was attentive to us and gave great suggestions. The final project turned out better than I expected. The plants, flowers, workers, and every aspect was spot on! I would highly recommend them. Their price was extremely competitive with my three other estimates if not better.

Excellent service! Diego came to our house to evaluate the work, understand our needs and preferences and he came out with great ideas trying to fit our budget! Very knowledgeable, flexible and patient with our requests. He has a great team. He delivered on time. He did the landscape of the backyard after we built the pool.

We met with Santiago and discussed what we expected , we did the whole front of my house .
He came with a design, considered our input and got to working on it, completed in 3 days! We made minor adjustments and that was not an issue. Excellent service at a reasonable price!
My backyard was very bare and as I moved recently from Seattle, I have very limited knowledge of the local plants. Diego (the owner) provided great advice to help on my plant selection, and came to my place for an estimate. A few days later, his team worked on my yard and it looks beautiful!

Nursery. Diego was a great help with designing and implementing the landscaping. His creative touches made a big difference in the design and he worked with us to make sure we liked what was going to be done. He made changes to our satisfaction.
He showed up on time as did his crew. They were very careful to keep things neat and as clean as much as possible. We couldn't have asked for more professional and skilled company and crew.

Live in Weston and have had several so called landscape design companies come and do landscaping for my home NONE compare to Bloom! Diego the owner came to my home and his company did a tremendous job! Diego follows up and makes sure I am satisfied have NEVER experienced this type of service and follow up with issues etc. Bottom line if your going to do landscape work do NOT go anywhere but to Bloom as they own a nursery and you deal direct with the owners. THANK YOU Diego and your crew simply the best.

I highly recommend Bloom Nursery. My wife and I are really happy with the landscaping they did on our front yard. Santiago the owner was very responsive and professional. Out of like 5 different quotes we got Bloom Nursery offered us the best one.

Very bad customer service. I requested for an estimate for different jobs for the header and when I called them to coordinate the first job, the service was bad, making me feel bad. When I called because I had not received a response by the date, Santiago told me that they did not go to the house for jobs under $1,500 and my job was quoted at $967 and that they did not have time right now. I hope that response is the same when it is low season. Bad from the beginning.

My question is: why do you estimate minor jobs? And why don't you let the future client know in the quote that you don't do jobs under $1500? Very poor service.

I do not recommend this company to you, I am sure that you do not want to have a bad time.

Diego and his staff epitomize professionalism and customer service. He listened to my requests and needs and designed the most amazing landscape for my front yard for a very affordable price. He said he would be there at a certain time and day which he was. He and his staff work diligently and ensure you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Bloom for your landscaping needs.
