We had been experiencing constant clogs and used numerous companies to try to remedy the problem. After the last company who advised they will charge almost $2,000 for hydro jetting the pipes we decided to try Lickety Split. Their prices were very reasonable and within our budget. They sent out their master plumber, Anthony who was very polite, professional, easy to talk to, and highly knowledgeable of the situation. Within 30 mins he cleared out the pipes and explained how to maintain and protect our pipes and home.

We needed our water heater flushed. I was able to get an appointment right away. Cory came out and did the job. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We even talked about getting a water softener. I would highly recommend.

Fair price, fast service and a hard working technician. I had my septic tank cleaned. I wanted it cleaned the same day I called, so it was a little extra $50.00 more. I would use them again.

This was the first time I called this company to come out for some plumbing issues for me, and I couldn't be happier. Starting with, they answered the phone promptly, and were able to come out to my house first thing the next morning. The tech that came out was very cordial, and listened intently when I explained the issue. He asked follow-up questions to ensure he fully understood what was happening before starting any work. When he was done, he made sure I was happy with what he did, and made sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns before he left. Their main office even then called me shortly after to further ensure everything went well, and if I had any more questions. Overall, very happy with this company, and if I have any other plumbing issues, this will be the first place I call.

Zach is very passionate about the work he does and it shows — always great to meet a local too. I sure hope you compensate him well. 12/10.

Cam and Rami were awesome! The work was very professional. Great before and after videos of their work. They will be our only "go to" from now on for all our plumbing and electrical needs. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

I had a very unique problem that the person answering the phone, Justin, took seriously and scheduled a technician as early as he could. He explained that the team was backed up to manage my expectations up front, which I appreciated, but I was in no hurry for this job since I just needed a quote. Max came out to assess my problem and was actually able to fix it right there on the spot. He noticed that my water shut off was covered up and quite low, and he graciously dug it out for me. That is a level of service that is above and beyond. He gave me advice on how to avoid my faucet issue in the future, gave me a price range for replacement parts, and advised that it was an issue that was likely to happen again because of the hard water. I also appreciated him complimenting my choice in dogs. Megan was also a dream to talk to for following up on the service.

I write all of this to say, when the first phone call started with “How can we make you smile today?” I knew there was commitment to great customer service, but it was great to see it actually followed through on in practice. It’s not just words. 10/10 would recommend.

The technician that came out to service our house (Jackson) was wonderful. He was very kind, knowledgeable, & informative. He made sure our main drain was working/flushing properly before leaving. My only reason I did not give 5 stars, was I was not expecting to pay $820 for a drain clean. Luckily, he applied an offer I asked about that I saw on the Lickity Split website, yet our total still came to just under $800. All that aside, we really enjoyed working with Jackson and appreciate his hard work to get our main drain working/flushing properly again. Thank you!
