Shannon did an excellent job with the electrical inspection at my home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I understood all of his recommendations. I truly appreciate his expertise and the clarity he provided throughout the process.

Devon did a great job with our electrical system safety check. We told him plans for our pool. He looked at different options for upgrading our electrical and worked with us to plan the best solutions for our future electrical needs. He is very professional.

He totally reviewed the entirety of the system and as a consequence, I was able to repair a part that was wearing out thus avoiding strain on the system and potential repairs in the future. My technician, Anthony , did a great job on my preventative maintenance call He was very thorough and walked me through every step in the process, explaining everything to me as he went.

Our technician Slaten Sweeting did a great job for us. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a temporary part until our replacement could be ordered, and installed the new part when it arrived. He answered all our questions and let us know exactly what to expect. Very satisfied!

Had an estimate with this company today for some plumbing work we are looking to have done. Their rep, Brandon, was great to speak to. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and was able to come up with a clear estimate of the work, time frames for his long it would take to get the work done and even finance options. We are still getting bids and have not had work done yet, but the estimate through Snyder went about as well as I could have hoped.

Snyder replaced my 19 year old AC unit and my whole experience was pleasant! 10 months later and it started having issues but Snyder was quick to send a representative on a Sunday and get things right! Their electrician Isaiah was awesome and quickly fixed the issue and got everything running again! The whole thing was under a 10 year warranty as well so it didnt cost me a dime! Highly recommend this company!

Redi was my technician today. He inspected
my AC system both outside on my condo roof and my system inside. He performed all
needed maintenance and explained everything that he was doing to me. He also answered all my questions and advised me on ways to improve my system for better efficiency. He arrived promptly, completed the job and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely request him for any future service.

We had replaced our central AC with mini-splits in our office over the summer and they worked great! However, when the weather turned cold we couldn't get the heat to work. Turns out that when there are multiple heads on one condenser they have to both be in the same mode. Who knew?! They all have their own controls so I assumed you could set them however you wanted.

Anyway, Slaten reset all the units and explained how they need to work together. I appreciated his professional courtesy in not making me feel like a total idiot and educating us a little more on mini-splits. Very good customer service.

Marty was prompt, polite and a complete professional. He listened to the plan and offered excellent suggestions. He delivered the estimate and offered different solutions. He is a great representative for Snyder in the field.
