I cannot say enough positive things!!! Our AC unit began to leak a week ago. From the moment we called Air Doctors they were not only friendly but prompt, arriving at our home within an hours time! Mark was amazing, he was honest with us and the prices were beyond fair (I know this because we had to replace an AC unit in our prior home, in VA, a year ago, and the prices here were even better and, as I’ll point out, the quality of work here is exceptional, see photos!) When the initial solution didn’t work, to fix our leak (clean drain pipe and add freon to system) Mark was back out at no charge when we called him back, 3 days later , on the drop of a dime, to get our AC system back up and running(it’s been hot so this part we were so grateful for). Ultimately we learned we had a leaking evaporator coil (which matched my thoughts from my own research). Mark never pressured us into any specific repair option but was honest in what our options were. Upon learning our unit was too small for our house size (we have a newer build townhome in FL, need I say more) and that our 5 yr warranty on our old system had just expired in March, we opted to get a new system that was more conducive to our home size vs waste money on replacing parts. That said, we needed about 2 days to get our finances in order to be able to replace the system and in the interim Mark kept returning to replace the freon in our system, at no charge, to keep us cool and more importantly, our pets! I really felt like this guy was a part of our family , with how personable he was during the whole process and how thoughtful he was with all the details (anyone who thinks about my fur babies safety is a hero in my book!) Air Doctors provided that customer service we all miss, that used to be everywhere but seems to have gone extinct. The day after we ordered our unit they promptly arrived , as usual, to replace our system. They got here at 7:30am and were done by 9:30 am! They were quick and the quality was superior from the installation to the cleanup afterwards. I have dealt with many companies over the years, replacing items in other homes and I can say for certainty that we ran across a true gem in finding the Air Doctors. You can tell they have a true passion for what they do! If you are uncertain who to go with, I promise you you won’t regret choosing these guys! So long as they’re in business and so long as we continue live in FL, this will be our company of choice. Thank you so much Mark and team, we appreciate you!!!

I’ve been doing business with Marc for 3 years, my family an I got back in town to frozen coils the day before Labor Day, and no ac! I called Marc on Labor Day and not only did he find my Freon leak on my unit he also got me a new Trane unit the next day. My home was brand new Jan 2019 and installed with a Armana system that just wasn’t getting the job done, we’ve had issues with it the last 3 years, and I keep up with all the maintenance, never missed a filter change or cleaning, so we decided to replace it all! Thanks to Marc and his crew (Jimmy and Alex) we have AC again!!!! He also installed 2 new thermostats as well as a new concrete pad for the AC!! Tony, the owner of AIR doctors put in our AC 16 years. Sunday it stopped working. I gave them a call as I was worried about my husband with his health. As soon as I told Mark, he said he would be here in 35 minutes and he was. I had pulled the fuse on the outside unit because the fan wasn’t turning and it was overheating. Mark took a look at it and yes, the compressor had overheated. Once it had cooled down, he checked the Freon and it was low. We had a decision to make, throw money In a 16 year old unit or just go ahead and replace it. We decided to replace it. Mark said he would get our AC working and order us a new unit. Well, our unit evidently didn’t like the thought of being replaced, so to get back at us, stopped working again, this time at 1 AM. Pulled fuse and went to bed. At 7:30 AM when I got up, I sent a text to Mark letting him know that it had quit working again. I let it cool down last night put the fuse in this morning this time it started smoking, so the outside unit was toast. He automatically called me. I told him I was headed to Home Depot to get a window unit until the unit they had ordered for us was in. He told me to do no such thing, that he was sending Jimmy and Alex over to start taking our unit out and he would be on his way with a new unit to put in today, Monday. So basically within 24 hours, we had a new AC unit and are now sitting here enjoying it. There is no way that I can ever thank them enough. The owner - Tony, Mark, Alex and Jimmy you are Angels sent to help keep my husband safe.

Recently, I encountered an issue with the drainage pipes being too far from the existing setup, and I reached out to Marc for assistance. Without hesitation, he agreed to come back and install a pump to rectify the situation. To my surprise, he showed up on a late Saturday to get the job done.

My wife and I found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to replace our home A/C system unexpectedly. Fortunately, working with Air Doctors made the entire experience very smooth. Mark, Jimmy, and Alex were great to work with—they helped us find a good system at a fair price and got everything installed quickly (<1 week quote to install). Small touches like cleaner layout of the copper lines and redundant sealant around joints showed their dedication to quality that matched their speed. It’s sucks to have to replace a major system, but they made the process easy and stress-free. I cannot recommend them enough for full system service in addition to system replacement.

Mark and Alex came in with a plan . They had my system up and running in less than 10 minutes. I had another service provider at my home for 30 minutes and he was unable to fix the problem. Very happy with the clean professional service provided by Air doctor. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and co workers. We had a severe emergency pipe issue during the extreme cold weather in Florida, already this January of 2026. Our toilets in both bathrooms were overflowing, and worst of all, the dishwasher was backing up and spilling out of the bedroom shower drain plus other bathroom drains! In less than an hour, the team arrived and got straight to work. Their professionalism and expertise were evident as they quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. They not only fixed the immediate issue but also guaranteed the integrity of our plumbing system moving forward. With their quick response and incredible service, they truly saved the day! Mark is awesome. He is very communicative and straightforward with the work and his availability. He installed two front porch lights as well as a spotlight for the house. He also identified and solved a plumbing issue that had been perplexing us for a while.

Extremely professional company!! I put in a work order the day before for my bathtub. Mark came the next day! Mark took care of my plumbing extremely quick. 10 mins top! He also noticed my kitchen faucet nob was broken. He said “I can fix that as well while I’m here”. He’s very handy and also cleans after himself. My property management company trust him to fix their properties and I see why.

Mark was great! He and his team , Alex and Jamie, took care of my AC problems super quick and were very professional. Mark has been repairing my old system for 2-3 years now and it finally needed to be replaced. He got me a new unit delivered same day and they just installed it the very next day. I called Saturday evening Mark and Alex showed up to fix my heat within a couple of hours they even fixed my toilet for free Mark and Alex showed me step by step what they were doing.
