Had Lickity split out 2 weeks ago. They claimed I had a leak. Called Marku from air doctors . He came out the next day checked for a leak. No leak….. thank you air doctors for saving me $1900!

Marc with the AC Doctors is a true savior when it comes to his customers and service he provides for them. I contacted him out if the blue because my AC stopped working. I didn't expect to get anyone on the phone, but to my surprise he answered and was at my house in 30-45 after the call. He performed the work without hesitation and within 15 to 30 minutes later my house was nice and cool. This company is definitely the one to call if you're having any AC or plumbing issues. The Air Doctors were absolutely amazing. I had three different plumbers to try to fix my plumbing issues...none successful. The Air Doctors had the issue resolved within minutes and they were on to their next scheduled appointment. The plumbers🪠 were very efficient, polite and courteous. So this was done by Air Doctors. I can't ask for anything better. We called, they came out and did the job. Top notch work. Professional and on time. They did our duct work about 4 years ago and we trusted them then. Not only were they the best price, they were the best quality. 4 ton trane 16 SEER taken out and installed in no time. We have been using them for years. Marco and his team really can't be beat. We recommend them to whoever we can.

Had an emergency call had an water leak water leak and was air heating and cooling. Incorporated came fast and fix the job quickly and promptly. I’ve highly recommend it.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark and Jimmy at Air Doctors Heating and Cooling. They responded quickly to an emergency call for my leaking air conditioning. The problem was fixed expeditiously. They went above the call of duty by using the wet vacuum to help preserve my carpet.

As they prepared to leave, Mark asked if he could wash his hands. I directed him to my kitchen, where he immediately noticed my faucet was loose. He proceeded to fix it…….and refused to charge me!!!!!!

These gentlemen are legit! They were very professional and operated in integrity; which matters a great deal to me!

I’ve worked with them over 5 times personally now for new HVAC systems in our investment properties and I refer them to all my clients because Mark is an honest, straight-shooter who is always focused on fixing the problem instead of up charging you. And Courtney, in the office, makes everything so easy with scheduling and payments. Can’t recommend them enough, especially since they are locally owned and operated small business.

Came on Christmas Eve to fix my kitchen sink, it was stopped up. Mark and Alex are the best, they even improved the water pressure in my sink and made sure to clean and put everything back where it was.

I have been having issues with my air conditioning unit for three months. Mark came in and immediately fixed the issue. He took his time and solved the problem! I recommend him 1000%. He was extremely kind clean respectful and professional. If you are looking for someone to solve your problem I’m telling you Mark was excellent. He even fixed my sink as it was loose! No extra charge. I will never call anyone else the air doctor is it.

Mark and Alex did an excellent job. We never knew that we had 2 filters in the a/c and he found out by checking the a/c thoroughly. It looks like the people that lived here before us left it that way. Mark said This will reduce the cost of our electric bill. Very professional people.

Mark was fantastic! He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed our air within 10 minutes. He’s so friendly and very respectful! He was not dismissive towards me (as a woman home alone this was a refreshing experience!) He checked all vents with a temperature gun to make sure once it was fixed that all rooms were getting cold air. He loves his job and it’s clear that he is good at it too! Definitely recommend this company and Mark especially! Not sure how many people named Mark work at Air Docs but our technician was Mark from Florence, Italy.

I call air doctor Saturday morning. I have emergency call the guy show up early morning fixing my problem less than 20 minutes and make sure everything is done correctly.

Mark is very precise and efficient. He came out for quote and diagnostic last week. Soon as he got the approval he provided schedule options. His crew showed up on time and got to work straight away.
They encountered and unforeseen issue and promptly came up with resolution and equipped to handle it.
Although, they were here for plumbing, they were so thorough they noticed small a/c leak and addressed that as well.
I appreciate the open communication, tidyness and efficiency provided by Mark, Albert & Alex i can definitely recommend.

Marco came over with in an hour ! My AC was set on 70 but the house thermostat was showing 80! Marco was able to come in and blow out the vent, add Freon And create a maintenance plan Took the life of the AC that is less than seven years old. I highly recommend Marco and his staff. He would communicate communicated clearly and efficiently and did not try to upsell me by selling me a new AC. Brother, quit the opposite create a maintenance plan to ensure the AC that I have last with plans to upgrade within the next few years!
