Shannon was AMAZING. Very friendly very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to me and he also gave me an estimate based on the condition of our home. He went above and beyond. I will be doing more business with Snyder because of Shannon!!

Snyder Air Conditioning sent a young man named Bryan to my home on what really was an emergency type call. He was courteous and very kind and explained everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable, was not rushed and answered every question I had. He sent all the pictures and information and quotes to my email promptly. I was so stressed before he got to my home and by the time he left I was very calm.

I had 2 issues at my home that had begun at 2 separate times. One having to do with a sink that had stopped, attempts self-serving (with some knowledge/experience) didnt work, but just wasn't a time for the family. Short time later, different bathroom, backup with the shower; now we have an issue.

Let me tell you; within 24 hours appointment was scheduled (not a member YET!!!)and Trey came and inspected everything first well to get a good understanding. He was able to fix the faucet and clear/clean the shower. The faucet now has a better flow of water than what we EVER HAVE living in our home since moving into it (a small daycare). Additionally, Snyder is not the only company to have ever been into the home for work in either of the areas. The fact the pipes were cleaned out in such a manner, properly, just shows some of the proper companies still around today🤷‍♂️

Very nice work! He did a super job and stayed focused with it all the way, except for a quick break for lunch, but stayed all alone by himself working until he finished up the work. To help arrived at end I would definitely recommend your company.

Chris Tomberlin was a very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly representative of Snyder Plumbing!!! He was also did very neat work - no mess and it was impressive how carefully he insulated the backflow preventer - making me feel like it won't be damaged in the next freeze again. He was very nice!

One again, the Snyder team has impressed me with their excellent customer service. Twice, I've had recent non-related maintenance issues. The scheduling team is polite and friendly. The were able to schedule a maintenance call for the same day, sent me an email & text that my technician was on the way, and that technician then followed up with a call. Moses was on time, was friendly and professional, diagnosed my issue, explained it to me, and how it was going to be addressed. I own several homes in different states and work with several A/C companies. Snyder, and their team are doing things right.

Anthony was amazing to work with! He came out to repair our shower gauge and ended up making the entire bathroom feel brand new. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. I truly appreciate how thoroughly he explained everything and how quickly he got us back up and running.

We’ll definitely be using him for multiple projects in the future!

There is so much good that l could say that l do not think you have enough room here. Gaven was professional when he first gave me the proposal and explained everything. He spoke in language that l understood. As he went through the work that needed to be done, l followed him and said what l wanted done. Gavin knows his business and is a worker plus a peoples' person.

He really needs a raise. Thank you for sending such a quality person to do my property's job.

I had contacted a few Electricians in the area and got nothing but a run around which made me put off getting the work done. Then Devin who works for Snyder told me that they also did electric work and told me that I should try them. I called late Saturday and had an appointment by Monday afternoon. Then when Dominic Trevisano the electrician showed up (on time ) I was presently surprised! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Dominic completely understood my needs and put my mind at ease that I had made the right choice with hiring Snyder for my electrical problems.

The completed work is excellent. I highly recommend Shannon Denham for all your electrical requirements. His professionalism, communication skills, and demonstrated expertise as an electrician are exceptional. Snyder definitely got a good one. I will be calling for more.

I am a fairly new member of the Snyder family. Today I had my first electrical inspection and was very pleased with the knowledge Devon had when I asked him specific questions. He made valid recommendations and did not push me to make decisions. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Great job !

The technician got the job done. Outstanding work and Joshua was extremely professional. My tankless water heater is working like new. My only concern was the price for the entire thing. I won't post the price because the problem was fixed but I do believe there are much cheaper services out there. Aside from the price if you have any issues with your tankless water heater I'm positive they'll know how to fix it.

I called and they were very responsive — they even offered same-day service, but since we weren’t in the office, they scheduled us for the next day. Jesse came out and was professional, knowledgeable and kind. What we thought was a simple battery change on the exit sign ended up being a replacement, but he handled it and completed everything the same day, which was great since we were on a deadline.

Everything is working perfectly and up to code. Highly recommend using this company!

Devon D. handled my electrical inspection, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up cool, calm, and collected, and carried himself with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.

What I appreciated most was how patient he was with all my questions. Not once did he rush me or make me feel like I was in the way. We had a genuinely great conversation, and his passion for the work really showed honestly, he made the trade look so solid that I caught myself thinking about becoming an electrician too.

Snyder Electric is lucky to have someone like Devon representing them. Highly recommend asking for him if you want someone who knows his stuff and treats you with respect.

Dominick Trevisano was our technician today he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get our 50amp RV plug installed! He showed up right on time and his installation was top notch! Clean and straight! Would 100% recommend Dominick and Snyder for all your electrical needs. Thanks guys!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take the time to thank Mark and the entire team at Air Doctors Heating and Cooling. They truly went above and beyond—Mark arrived within 30 minutes of our call on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, which was incredible.

While the news wasn’t great—our 9-year-old HVAC system had failed—Mark took the time to walk us through all our repair and replacement options. His honesty and professionalism gave us full confidence in our decision to move forward with a new Trane system.

Despite the holiday delay in getting parts from the supplier, they had the new air conditioning system installed just two days later. The new unit cools our home better than ever and is noticeably quieter and more efficient.

From start to finish, everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. The follow-up calls and texts really showed us that Air Doctors stands behind their work and cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair, HVAC replacement, or emergency cooling service—they truly exceeded our expectations.

Mark came and saved the day other contractors wanted twice the price and 3-5 days he came out arrived when he said he would be here had us back up and cooling in minutes. Highly recommend and certainly a life long customer out of me.
