Electrical reviews in St Cloud, Florida

We have used Hightower Electric several times and have always been extremely pleased with their service and the quality of their work. Today Luis and Julian installed a crystal chandelier for us. I was so very impressed with them! They worked together and installed the base and then placed 238 individual crystal pieces on the chandelier . They were pleasant and professional. They did a amazing job and the result is beautiful!

Jason and the team were quick and effective. Nice work! These guys charge fair prices and do honest work. Will be going to them first from now on for electrical work.

We had a great experience using this company. We had an appointment booked, but they were actually able to come out the day before to complete the work. Jonathan was the electrician who came to the house and he was great to work with. Very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Jason was amazing in his professional work! We needed to have a outlet placed at our property and he realized our electrical panel was not up to par and so he charged us a reasonable fee for the replacement and installation. I called him on a Thursday and by Tuesday morning, he had everything completed! He even cut the trees around our electrical panel in order to access it but also making it easier for us to access. He is easily reached via phone or text and was amazing in keeping up in the loop. Thank you again for your work Jason!

Hightower Electric is a top notch electrical contractor with superior knowledge. As a property management company we rely heavily on the expertise of professionals in different industries, and Jason and his team can deliver great results. Hightower Electric is definitely a go-to when it comes to anything electric!

Brandon & Johnathan despite it being 100 degrees, did an amazing job. My garage burned down in March & I decided I just wanted a gazebo instead, but I needed power. They replaced the old with new wiring, new box, new breakers, even hooked up the outdoor ceiling fan, hiding the wiring and making it aesthetically pleasing. They did a great job. They were friendly, polite & professional. I will use them again for the other jobs on my list. I highly recommend them.

Great company to use, very professional, and courteous. Jason was prompt at getting my job scheduled and finished. Jason is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you to explain everything start to finish. The electrician Johnathan I had was also great, very efficient and friendly. Answered any questions I asked and explained everything being done. Amazing company that I would recommend for any electrical job you need done . I will definitely be using them again . No need to call anyone else!

I cant say enough great things about Jason and his team! HIGHLY professional to say the least! Very communicable with the needs of our facility & super respectful! He and his team are absolute PROS at not just repairs but proper diagnosis to mitigate downtime & minimize unnecessary expenses. If you’re looking for a solid company for any and everything electrical look no further! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris and Dan were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a connection for a portable generator to our home's outside electric box. They ensured the generator worked the items inside the house once installation was complete, as well as explained to us in detail about what our generator could run in our home. They made us feel very comfortable about operating the generator. We really appreciated their friendly and helpful attitudes. This is the second time we have used Hightower Electric and had the same great service each time. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our electrical needs.

Jason worked with me, through permitting and inspection challenges that changed the scope of work when the city would not grandfather my property the way it had been for 100years. Through all that, Jason provided solution, to keep the power on and safe in my triplex, and got the whole place up to code and was very reasonable and helpful both in his approach and helping with the budget to get the job done. I highly recommend Hightower for any electrical needs, large or small, friendly, professional and helpful through the process.

Hightower Electric did an outstanding job installing an outlet for me. The service was incredibly quick, and they thoroughly tested it to ensure everything worked perfectly. It's exactly what I needed. Highly recommend their efficient and professional service!

We had called a few local electricians to give an estimate for some home improvements we were doing. (One company did not even show up) Hightower Electric LLC gave a reasonably priced estimate and the guys did a great job over several days. We are local real estate brokers, so we need reliable people to refer clients to. Hightower is our Go-To electrical contractor. They know their stuff! Thanks again to Jason and crew!

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Hightower Electric on several new construction projects in the last few years. Mr. Hardee is always prompt, professional and an all-around awesome guy to work with. He keeps a very clean work site and is very knowledgeable about his trade. We look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

Jason and his team are very professional. They were punctual and worked diligently to get the Spa up and running even though the information they were provided was incorrect. Mr. Hardee (owner) stayed in contact with us to make sure the spa tech had the information he needed along with sending his team over to work with spa company and assist in solving the problem.
His team were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and remained until power was restored. We will definitely use Hightower Electric for all our future needs.

I own a 32,000 sg feet light industrial warehouse. I have used an electrician for many years until he retired. I was dreading finding a new electrician. Jason at High Tower was referred to me by a friend. I am so happy I found him. It’s so nice to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable, shows up on time and does what he says he going to do and for the price quoted. I have found my new electrician and I look forward to using him for many years to come.

Jason was great to work with on upgrading my electrical service. He was always available when I had questions and the work was done on schedule. I will definitely recommend him for any home electrical repair services.

Absolutely excellent!!! Hightower is my go to from now on .. I had an electrical issue with my hot water tank and the breaker.. Jason is amazing!!! And the 2 gentleman that came out to do the repairs where so courteous and very professional.. the next day I thought I was still having problems, I texted Jason he called me immediately.. he explained everything to me over the phone. He saved me hundreds of dollars . Most Honest business and people I have ever dealt with !!! I usually don’t write reviews but for them I had to … they go above and beyond!!!! Jason genuinely cares about his customers!! Any electrical issues make this your go to company.. very reasonable on their prices and HONEST and RELIABLE.

I am the listing agent for this property, and some of the outlets and switch were not working properly, Jason was able to take care of everything for us in a timely manner thank you Jason

Roberto and Sean came out for a minor issue. They were timely, thorough, and fixed the issue. Jason followed up to ensure all issues were resolved. Very satisfied with High Tower Electric and will definitely use again.

Thought I knew what I was doing. Nope. Roberto and Shawn came out, found what the problem was, designed a solution included running a new line across the yard, and right then and there got my whole system up and running at a reasonable price. Great service, highly experienced, hard-working, flexible scheduling, one of the easiest five stars I've ever given
