Electrical reviews in St Cloud, Florida

Jason went above and beyond to help me. I had built a pool through a company that unfortunately failed to complete the necessary permits. I wasn’t even aware that all the permits had expired until it came time to sell my house. Jason stepped in and truly went the extra mile to guide me through the process and help me resolve the electrical part of the issue.

I had flickering lights in my house for the last few months. We had an electrician come out about a month ago as it was getting more regular and worse. When the original electrician came out (not this company, a person we knew.) he could not duplicate the issue and we were charged for the service call. When it started happening again, I wanted to get an actual company to send someone and I found Hightower Electric LLC on google and called them after reading many of the reviews. Jason Hardee reached out to me and we set an appointment for them to come out. The problem was, now the flickering stopped for about a week. I reached back out to Jason to cancel so I would not get charged a fee to come out and not be able to duplicate the problem. The flickering started again about a week after canceling. I reached back out to Jason and explained my concern about not finding the issue and already having an electrician out from another company. He set it up to call me and discuss what was going on. That was this morning. He called me at the time he set up and gave me some guidance based on what I was dealing with. Long story short, he had me contact OUC first as it sounded like issues he had experience with. He had me do that instead of insisting for his company to come out and look at it first. He really wanted to save me that additional service fee it would have cost me. I did call OUC this morning and they were very good as well and had a technician come out also this morning. It was a corroded connector that OUC was able to replace at no cost. I now have a trusted electrician when I do need one! I highly recommend this company if you do not have one. Thank you again to Jason Hardee for your assistance today! You have a new customer in me and I will definitely share this with my friends and family!

These guys were awesome! A tree fell on my house and I didnt know what to do or who to call. Found them on google. They answered quickly and Roberto was here within 30 min. He knew exactly what to do, finished the job and walked through the house to make sure everything was working. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

I highly recommend Hightower electric. They are professional, reliable, and honest. Thank you to Jason Hightower and Roberto Grioli for consistent top-notch service!

I contacted Hightower Electric LLC, for assistance with a pool’s electrical phase and Jason responded immediately. There were many errors found by Jason from a previous electrician and he corrected them all. What a way to go Jason! Thank you so much for your prompt response and assistance. I highly recommend Hightower Electric for all your electrical needs.

Jason gave me a quick, reasonable estimate based on my requests and was able to schedule my work quickly. His team was very professional, got the job done fast and cleaned up after everything was done. I would highly recommend Hightower to anyone looking for electrical work!

Roberto discovered my electrical issue. He provided me with the exact information I'd need to convey to the power company so that they would understand the issue was on the power companies side. The power company then was able to repair the issue. I'm so grateful. There could have been a fire and Roberto was very thorough.

I have used Hightower for 10 years and we have always been happy with their work.

Best it could be! Installed a car charger for us and did the permit! The guys were great and on time. Thanks again

Excellent service with incredible communication. Initially spoke with Jason (owner) to set up installation of a 50 amp generator interlock/outlet. The day of install, Brandon & James showed up right on time at 8:30 am to complete the job. Both very knowledgeable and efficient for the install. Also spent time making sure I knew exactly how to operate the interlock safely when connecting the gen. If you need electric service done at your home or business call Hightower Electric. You won't regret your decision.

Had an awesome experience with Hightower Electric! From the start, they were super friendly, easy to communicate with, and showed up right on time. The crew really knew their stuff and explained everything in a way that made sense — no confusing jargon.

They got the job done quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. You can tell they really care about doing things the right way. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician who won’t give you the runaround, these are your people. I’d definitely call them again!

Our HOA has been using Jason and his team for years now. Recently, they installed a new electrical service to provide lighting at our neighborhood entry signs. Jason handled all of the communication with OUC from start to finish, even when OUC was was delayed with their installation of the meter. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Hightower Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Absolutely fantastic experience with High Tower! They were incredibly responsive, fast, and reliable from start to finish. After a recent job, a storm unexpectedly caused some issues — and without hesitation, they came back the very next day to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to find that level of care and commitment these days. Highly recommend!

Very prompt, professional, and skilled. They installed my new hardwired EV charger in my home and did a great job! Definitely recommend them for your electrical needs!

I research licensed/bonded contractors before drawing up my list of who to call for quotes. After some consideration, chose Hightower Electric to complete the work. The owner, Jason, promptly answered and identified the business name. Not all contractors practice this simple greeting.
We have a lot of brown outs in Central Florida and I wanted to protect my appliances from these stresses.
After accepting a fair quote to install a surge protector on my main power panel & A/C unit, Jason explained what's next. The electricians, Roberto and Sean, arrived ready to get started on the project.
I recommend this company as they are honest and have a lot of integrity.

Manny has done multiple impeccable jobs in my home. He is always kind, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He and his company are efficient and charge fairly for quality work that you can have confidence in. I look forward to continuing doing business with Manny for all my electrical projects in the future.

Manny is a pro. We have used him several times. First to wire our three phase Steam Generators for our Steam Room and recently brought our sign back to life and up to code. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Manny for an estimate on running electricity to my above-ground pool. He was really knowledgeable and pointed out that I actually needed a permit in Osceola County, which I confirmed through my own research. Once I got the permit, he came out and did fantastic work, even taking care of a couple of upgrades I needed. Despite the extra work, his pricing was still very competitive. They were efficient and left everything tidy. I've already recommended him to others, and I'd definitely recommend him to you too.

Mr. Manny for me is the best electrician in all of Florida I moved to Orlando and I had to do big work in my house and I contacted him and the truth I was happy with his work and my husband I still recommend it 💯 Thanks manny
