These technicians are amazing! I was dealing with another company and I never received any updates on an estimated time of arrival. I couldn’t deal with the heat, uncertainty and unprofessionalism any more. I made one swift call to Heavenly Cooling and Heating, and they were literally at my house in 20 minutes. I definitely noticed how passionate and knowledgeable they were and they made sure to take me step-by-step through the installation. Not only did they reassure me with their readiness to get the job done, but they were also truly kind. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. Thanks Heavenly Cooling and Heating!!!

I would highly recommend Heavenly Cooling & Heating. Jay is top notch in professionalism and integrity. Honest and fair pricing. They are based in St. Cloud and we used them when we lived in Kissimmee - he replaced our condenser. We’ve moved to Championsgate since then. So glad he’s willing to come out this way to continue to service our AC. Very hard to find someone that you can trust to do the work and not rip you off. Whenever he did work he would explain everything thoroughly and give you tips to maintain your unit optimal. Same for his tech Ali. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Our drain pipe was super backed up and started to leak bad. Ali came and used his machine to suck out all of the water. A lot of water! He got the system all clean and running good. They do quality work at a great price. Call them!

I had a company tell me I needed to purchase a new AC system quoted at $15K due to the electrical component being subject to a “ Lightning strike” and it was not working at all. I reached out to Heavenly Cooling and Heating for a second opinion. Once Jay arrived the next day, he was able to identify the system was just low on freon!! I couldn’t believe it was something that simple. Jay made sure all the other components of the system were working properly, and they were! I am eternally grateful for Jay’s assessment and truly helping my son and I in our time of need! Jay was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful with providing knowledge for me to look for in case I have this issue again. I will recommend him and his company 7 days a week and twice on Sunday! Thank you again, Jay for saving the day!!

Cannot say enough good things about Heavenly Cooling and Heating! We had an AC issue on a hot Sunday night and they were able to come out and take care of us quickly! I am so grateful they were able to make the time to get out to us after hours and get our AC up and running again. On top of that, Jay was so nice and SO helpful before he even arrived! We will not hesitate to use them again. They have a customer for life in us and we will not hesitate to use them again!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your amazing work, our AC broke down Sunday afternoon we found this company around 5 pm and Jay was the first person that was there he was so kind and even though he had another job before us, he came to our house to see if he was able to fix it. Then we needed a piece that was broke he was able to come back on Tuesday morning to work on our AC.. he explain everything and show me the work he was doing. We had a fantastic experience with Heavenly Cooling and Heating. We called for an issue with our fan running nonstop, Jay took the time to explain how the unit works and what was happening. Knowing our problematic AC unit would be reaching the end of its life in the near future, we decided to ask for a quote on a new unit and we’re so happy we did. The AC representative who came to my house was Jose. He was courteous and punctual. Jose took his time to conduct a thorough inspection of the AC to ensure the unit was functioning properly. After completing the maintenance check, he provided the findings and showed me pictures that supported the information he shared. Everything he discussed was also sent to my email address, which I appreciated. The company has a good follow-up system, sending messages with updates on the technician's arrival time. Overall, I am satisfied with the service received.

Justice and Isaias did an incredible job installing my new A/C system. They walked me through The entire process before they started. Their work was outstanding. It definitely put the old builders work to shame. I highly recommend them for any of your A/C system needs

Im extremely satisfied with our new Daikin system! Its been up and running for an hour or so now and I can already tell it's light years ahead of our old system. We are really looking forward to the efficiency of this system! Osceola Air has been great from the start. Mike was great with giving us options during the estimate process and I really appreciated the professionalism and detail. The estimate had a full scope of work and details on each system. The other companies that gave us estimates where written on paper with limited information. We went with an 18.5 seer variable speed Daikin and the price was definitely fair. The install exceeded my expectations and Yasiel and Christian were amazing. They answered all my questions and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work. Hopefully I have a year or 2 until our upstairs unit needs to be replaced but we will definitely call Osceola Air when it does!

Ian B serviced our AC unit today and installed some additional maintenance and preventative equipment. I have never had such a positive experience with this type of service. Ian was extremely polite, professional and informative during his entire time in our home. I cannot recommend him enough for all of your AC needs. Extraordinary young man!

Excellent serviceman! Ian Brigham is engaging, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything patiently and in detail and never once any pressure for us to buy anything extra, nor did he pressure for an upsell. He merely explained what he would or was doing, why it was needed and if there were any current issues with option for possible solutions.
We've been in our place for 5 years and never had the furnace/AC serviced, but we do regularly change the air filter and evacuate the condensation line. We also knew our air handler has a ineffective capacitor as it was already changed under warranty in the first 18 months. We appreciated Ian suggested replacing the capacitor with a heavy duty capacitor!

Julio did a great and thourouhg job! Excellent for the price. Will use their services again. Was kind and patient with me as my husband was out of town. He spoke with my husband on the phone the whole time and I never felt pushed or threatened. Great job!
11/19/25 Update:
After meeting with Mike Sullivan back in September we finally decided to pull the trigger on a FULL HVAC system repair. Being that we are in winter months we were able to get a reinspection and complete redo with competitive financing within 48 hrs. Justice, Christian, Isaias, and Nathan did an amazing job and the house is CRISPY. One of my favorite features is that they send you a text with the names and pictures of the people they are sending to your service location so you know who to expect and you can feel confident and safe. The job is clean, thorough, and efficient. They did excellent work with installation and cleanup along with a most professional and positive attitude. Thank you, my guys!
