Constraction reviews in St Pete Beach, Florida

Coastal built a perfect addition to our dream home. Keith took our ideas and crafted them to exactly what we needed. Looking forward to using them in the future.

Keith and I have worked on several projects together over the years. He is quick to respond and always has the answers. I would recommend him highly. You won't be disappointed.

Can’t say enough about Coastal Palms Contracting! True professionals. Honest pricing. Thank you!

By far the cleanest, most professional, honest and on time contractor in Florida. Ahead of schedule by 4 weeks. Incredible efficiency and expertise. Call him today to get on his schedule. Don’t wait until it’s too late.

Keith has done work for me. And he is on time, and if he tells you, he's going to be there, he will be there early and you can take it to the bank. He is a good man and he is kind and fast and fair. If you need work done, he is your guy

Keith and his crew do a great job. They are diligent, good communicators, and focused on helping people with their construction/repair needs.

The most honest and reasonable contractor I have ever found Kieth is a first class guy. He got my home done exactly as he promised. I highly recommend him and his company

KEITH and his team repaired our Sewer lines and thank God. We are a commercial business and it was time sensitive. They worked until 2 am digging up the collapsed line. Next day repaired and inspected by city. Can't say enough about these guys. Thank you

The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch—everything turned out even better than we imagined. They communicated clearly throughout the entire project, kept the worksite clean, and delivered on time and on budget. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows. Highly recommend them for any construction or renovation needs!

Coastal helped us rebuild after Hurrican Helene. Permitting was a nightmare until Keith took the lead. The city was so responsive to his team and the work they did. We are done and final inspection complete. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing to expedite their rebuild. THANK YOU COASTAL!!!

I hired Coastal Palms about a yr ago they came right out gave me a estimate that was very competitive to others and I decided to go with them . They were here literally the next day and the work was completed within a few weeks and they originally told me a month ..the work that was done was more than I could of imagined they ended up fixing some small issues along the way and they didnt charge me for it ..dealing with the owner Keith was great couldn't be happier with the work the process and the cost ..I would highly recommend coastal palm

Our house got flooded with the recent hurricanes. Coastal Palms immediately handled the tear out, clean up & disinfection of our entire home as our family got displaced. As quickly as the local government eventually let us get a permit, Keith then got his crews right away to us to complete the rehab. We are now already back in our home with everything completed! We will be using Keith again for any future work that we need done!!

Storm ruined our home, Keith and his guys restored it faster than it took toget a permit after the storm(pun intended). He has also done several neighbors homes. Honest contractor and everyone seems to like him. Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coastal Palms Contracting, led by the incredible Keith. He provided tremendous assistance with my project and was extremely generous throughout the entire process. Keith was always reachable, making it incredibly easy to work with him. He is an honest and reliable person, and his professionalism is truly commendable.

I'm genuinely grateful to know that there are still such wonderful individuals and companies in the USA. I highly recommend Coastal Palms Contracting to anyone in need of contracting services.

Thank you, Keith, for everything!

Finally a General Contractor that is dependable. Coastal Palms did a fantastic job on my addition. Good quality work and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Keith and his crew at Coastal Palms Contracting are the real deal. I was half-expecting the usual contractor headaches — missed calls, delays, surprise costs — but nope, Keith actually picked up the phone every time (which already makes him a unicorn in this industry). The job was done on time, the quality was excellent, and his team treated my place with respect instead of leaving it looking like a construction war zone.

Bottom line: honest guy, great work, and zero stress. If you need contracting done, call Keith — just don’t keep him too busy in case I need him again!

Great experience. The owner is professional, yet very personable. Was able to finish the job ahead of schedule, despite our numerous changes/additions. The family couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this contractor.

Keith’s tile guys did an awesome job for us. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to having them do our other house as well. Thanks keith
