The driver in truck 147 tailgated me and had serious road rage, flicked me off, zoomed around me and cut me off to brake hard on me. Seems like a great company 🙄

Van #147(Not sure if that’s a driver or the owner of the company) was driving like a maniac on I-4 and putting peoples lives in danger. If that is how they drive, how can you get trust their work?

Residential is subbed out. Warranty papers were never filed correctly and they charged me over $300 for a 30 minutes to clear a drain line. Just paid $89 for the same service from a good company.

one of their drivers tried running me off the road, i called them and the female manager was a smart mouth. definitely wouldn’t do business with them

Cristian from Puroclean was a gentleman, gave us great information, and took good care of our space. I would use them again although I hope I don't have to.

Helene gave us 30” of salt water and sewage inside our home. Puroclean responded quickly and two days after the storm the walls were gutted up to 4’ and a day later when power was restored they had fans going through the house. Christian and his team made this terrible situation easier to bear. They were efficient, professional, and compassionate. I hope I never have to go through anything like this again, but if I do Puroclean Downtown is who I will call.

We were referred to Cristain at PuroClean for our mold remediation. We were told that they are the only company that the GC uses for their remediation. After meeting Cristian at our home, it was evident how professional he was. He was not in a rush, gave his full attention and explained what would be done to remove the mold. At the end of the day, I received another text that they were done for the day and that the house locked back up. This happened each day. The communication was so refreshing.
