Cristian and his team are absolutely amazing. They did a great job remediating some old and fixing up an office building that we are in and I would highly recommend them.

The technician discovered that the vent fan pipe in the attic was not correctly connected, leading to mold growth. The technician explained the entire process and the associated cost, which we found to be fair. The mold remediation in the attic was carried out promptly, and now our home is safe. Highly recommended!

This is our vacation home in St. Petersburg, and after our AC unit failed, we discovered mold growing in one of the bathrooms after just two weeks. We called PuroClean of Downtown St. Petersburg, and their team responded quickly, very professional, and on time. They cleaned everything thoroughly, gave us great advice to prevent future issues, and the price was affordable. I highly recommend them for mold removal, water damage restoration, and indoor air cleaning — very trustworthy and reliable company in the Tampa Bay area!

Cristian has helped us on several occasions now with water damage and mold inspections and I cannot recommend him enough! Each time we have called him he arrived quickly/on time, assessed the situation, and provided us with detailed feedback on how to fix it. Most recently we had a plumbing issue in which our toilet leaked through to the ceiling. The plumber we used had a restoration team come out and assess, quoting us over 2500 to remove the dry wall, dry it out, and repair. I called Cristian for a second opinion and I am so glad we did. He advised us to get a heater/fan combo and place it near the area. He came back the following day to check on it for us and there was absolutely no water detected. His advice saved us so much time/money and we could not be more grateful.

The team was super friendly, explained what they were doing, and kept me in the loop the whole time. They really cared about getting my place back to normal and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was good. I can’t recommend them enough if you ever deal with a flood or water damage.

We had the Puroclean team out for some mold remediation. Christian is very knowledgeable and stand up guy. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate these guys. I hope I don’t have this problem again, but if I do these will be the guys getting my business.

He was super knowledgable and answered all her questions with patience and kindness. He took lots of pictures that he sent to her to ensure the job was done , he texted or phoned her every step of the process and he let her know what he was doing . 100% recommend, very kind honest people who get the job done. Cristian and his crew made a most difficult move for a friend....a more bearable situation. They were professional, compassionate and diligent in providing excellent service! We told them our issue with water in our Florida room. They devised a plan and solved the problem. Couldn’t be happier!!!!

They replaced the siding on our house 5 years after a bad flip had caused water damage both to the frame and the windows. They also had to replace the windows as the type originally installed were aluminum and were leaking. They followed through on the project from start to finish. They worked around our solar panels when the electrical panel had to be replaced and offered solutions to problems that came up as the project progressed. They were realistic about what we could afford and helped us prioritize based on needs vs wants. I would highly recommend this team! They got our project done in a timely manner and did not drop the ball when it came to wrapping up little details after the bulk of the project was completed!

We learned of Enguita Construction byway of our recommended vendors list of our Community Association and when we asked some of our neighbors who had used them all we got was glowing recommendation and praise. Now that the job of our kitchen and bathroom renovation is complete I must say it is well deserved. The project exceeded my expectations and it’s magazine ad quality looks. They didn’t take shortcuts and were very cognizant of any suggestions and directions we had and they were not happy until the job was perfect. Their price was competitive and completion times were on schedule. We have had 6 remodels of homes and rental properties and this has been the best experience ever and we highly recommend them.

As general contractors they had excellent follow through and supervision of the sub contractors as well as doing outstanding work themselves. At the end of each day our place was immaculate.
