Todd was a pleasure to work with and Stone are great engineers. They understand buildings and completed our SIRS in short time as well. They certify some other buildings in Miami and I have heard the same from other Boards. High integrity group, they really care to do a good job. Their people always responded.

Jeremiah Levine and Stone Building Solutions have been absolutely amazing to work with. I needed a reserve study done quickly for a commercial condo and they were more than happy to help. They have also recommended a Geo Tech Engineer for two of my other HOA communities that needed some extra help with projects. There is nothing I ask that they are not there to answer and I appreciate their knowledge, professionalism and expertise.

We were pleased with the reserve study report that we received from Stone Building Solutions for our condominium complex. The report was thorough and adaptable and the reps there were flexible with our scheduling and time table.

Been "recruited" to serve as Treasurer of a ocean front condo in Vero Beach and have been working with the good folks from Stone Building Solutions...specifically Mary Kaufold, Paige Seaward and Nicholas Vocke ( whose knowledge of structural integrity matters/issues is truly encyclopedic ! ) Florida's legislature has made Condo ownership and management a literal horror with ill conceived photo opp legislation. Accordingly, for those of us who have to deal with the mess they created, it is critical to have outfits like SBS that offer engineering and milestone and reserve reporting services that allow us to comply with the new reporting and reserve requirements. SBS also performed a wind mitigation study for us that allowed us to leverage our P &C insurer to effectively reduce their attempts at rate extortion ! SBS sold us efficiently and "delivered the goods"on budget and on time. We continue to use them as a go to supplier for various building solutions. As a business owner, I am always impressed when a supplier is competent, professional, responsive and delivers value. SBS does all four. I have been very impressed with Stone Building Solutions. I called the company last week to ask about a milestone inspection and reserve study, and got a call back from the CEO that same day. Mary was the person assigned to work with me on the Proposal and setting up an expedited time for the inspections. She is very professional and personable, and dealt with all my questions quickly. My condo association hired the company to do the milestone inspection, reserve study and wind mitigation report. Kaia was the engineer who visited our property to perform the inspection. She was also very professional and pleasant, and gave very thorough feedback on what she observed on the property today. Based on our experience so far with Stone Building Solutions, I would recommend this company to anyone needing the services they provide.
