They remodeled our bathroom and did an excellent job! The owner was very responsive every time we called. The crew was nice, skilled and they cleaned up at the end of every day making it much easier to stay thru the remodel. I would definitely use them again.

I've had a great experience. Bryan's been in the business a long and it shows by his attention to detail and correct estimates.

I can't speak for their work but I can say that they wasted my time and canceled a scheduled phone consultation with little to no warning, and less than an hour beforehand.
Very disappointing. I guess I will just move on to a company that cares a bit more.

Bettencourt Construction and all of it's employees were commissioned to build a free standing building on the Temples property, it was a unique design and required imagination and skill to construct. The project began while my wife and I were in China. From our very first meeting Mr. Bettencourt was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me the bid in record time and was very fair with costs and time frame. Permits, blue prints and start time were all met. More importantly the finish date was met and my dream building was more then i expected. i am very proud to show off our new building. Bettencourt construction built an addition for me. I have to give it up to Bettencourts team for the communication, the professionalism, and the timeliness and cleanliness!! I wouldn’t recommend any other construction company!! Bettencourts team is one of a kind and I am so thankful to have met a company like theirs!!

Mr. Bettencourt and company are absolutely fantastic. They did a very extensive project for us that came out better then anticipated. They are not the most expensive, definately not the cheapest but they are definately better then expected. During the project several minor issues came up. Jacob and Sebastian were fantastic on explaining what those issues were and more importantly the solution to solve the problem. At one point I was very frustrated, mostly due to my failure to understand and Mr. Bettencourt made the point of coming to meet me and was able to explain calmly and rationally what I was failing to understand. Now I admit I can be difficult but this man kept his calm and was extremely patient with me. I apologized, we shook hands and my concerns were laid to rest. His whole staff needs a huge raise from his office staff to his field personnel. The company I work for was taking bids for a huge remodel job and I have already convinced them to give it to Bettencourt Construction. These people absolutely rock!!!

Extremely disappointed with Bettencourt Construction. Janet and Bryan came to my home in St. Pete after Hurricane Helene to give me an estimate to repair the flood damage. Everything started out great, and I accepted their quote. After that...crickets for over a month! Despite my frequent follow ups by phone, text and email, promises to call me back were not kept and I was completely ghosted. I seldom write bad reviews, but this one was warranted, due to their poor performance.
