To say the least, my wife and I were stressed even before the demo and rebuild started due to a long process with the insurance company.
Lafaiete came in with a blend professionalism, craftsmanship, talent, and communication in perfect balance. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process and most importantly, Lafaiete was/is an even better human being than he is a skilled craftsman. He cares. That's unusual these days and it sets him apart from most others in the building business. Add to it the fact that he is VERY good at what he does, and all of it together turned our stress into excitement as the project progressed. Thanks, Lafaiete!

If your looking for a company that is great to work with, you should call West Shore Home. Our front door install was on time and executed with perfection! Tyler, Anthony and Rico P and Jim Goodwin were very courteous and extremely cautious with our belongings included taking the time to cover, remove or relocate any and all furnishings. The install was right on time and follow up was fantastic! Thanks guys for a job well ✔️ done!

Purchased new front door. The selections were varied with different styles and colors. It took a few weeks to make door and when ready was contacted for installation. The installers Alejandro A. and Yoennis D. were courteous and professional. They took their time to properly install, including proper wood trim and caulking. I am very happy with my new door!

Excellent workmanship, clean and neat. The crew too their time to be certain everything was perfect.
My sale representative Ashley laid out everything that was involved. No surprises. Thank you for a wonderful door replacement experience.

I'm thrilled with my new walk in shower & bathroom remodel - it's beautiful.
The team of Tyrone M. and Joe D. were wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me updated and made sure fixtures were placed to my satisfaction and cleaned up afterwards. They did quality work with quality materials. I hope they'll be available for the next project.

I was convinced I was getting a superior product. We had front entry doors installed. Did a good job but installed the hardware crooked. Also had them remove French doors in the back and install a slider. The lock did not align properly and hard to lock. Also did not install guard to prevent water from coming in my home and my floor was flooded. Not a satisfied customer for what is charged and the service i received. Funny how you never hear from the sales guy after they hook you.

I want to thank Jerry for his great customer service and professionalism. I can honestly say he cares about his work and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work. His work is impeccable. He did a great job on the seams and the shower. I had a great experience with Westshore and Jerry!!!

The first thing I want to note in this review, is how STELLAR our installers were. The wonderful folks who installed and put together our shower renovation COULD NOT have done a better job. They were skilled, professional, and experienced at their craft. However, the higher up management is why this company received a 1- star review from me. Our wonderful technicians came in and amended the original plan, leading to a MUCH BETTER outcome, than the original estimate. It was BEAUTIFUL! right until we realized we had the wrong shower head, AND the shower head was defective. It did not work. We had to call to follow up on this service request, and ask for what we originally wanted, and were told it would be a FIVE HUNDRED dollar upgrade for the shower head... (we found the same product at home depot for under $100...) We had specifically asked for this type of shower head during the consult, and at the cost of a new car, this upgrade seemed ludicrous. So, we purchased it ourselves for West Shore Homes to install when they came back. (nearly two weeks later)..
At the time of our agreed upon new service date, We had purchased a new shower head for $400 less than asked ( $98.00 total!) to have installed, but unfortunately got stuck in traffic on the way to our new house. With a 10 minute delay, they left and wouldn't install, so we installed ourselves, with a little bit of know how. Upon calling and asking for a refund for the product that was DEFECTIVE AND NEVER REPLACED, Blake, the Ocala Service Manager, let us know that we had no options to request a refund for a product that DIDNT FUNCTION. Even after we purchased a product to replace it ourselves. Honestly, we could have went with a Bathfitter bathroom reno for nearly the same amount, but wanted to go with a less corporate company. Think Twice about using a company that doesn't guarantee the quality of their products, and more importantly, that doesn't have put customer service at the forefront. The response we got from Blake left us feeling abandoned, receiving no empathy for a product defective on West Shore Homes end.

Ran into some issues in the front, but they kept me informed all the way and were able to get everything resolved. I am super pleased with the results.

The more I think about this regarding how much you guys have been trying to pressure me, the more annoying & frustrating it has become.

From the very first contact, I was up front and forthcoming regarding entering the sweepstakes and the ability to afford something like this at this time.

I was told, as a part of the entry, one of your representatives (sales person) needed to come to my house and give me a quote. I reluctantly accepted.
When he got there, I was also up front and forthcoming with him regarding the sweepstakes and the ability to afford something like this at this time. Once we started looking at and discussing what my wife and I had considered for the shower/tub area, he seemed a bit frustrated that I wasn't prepared to pick out all the options needed for a remodel at that time. He seemingly reluctantly generated a quote. Upon him leaving, I made a comment about "hopefully it didn't waste too much of his time" and his response was "Well we do get some of THESE calls sometimes", indicating that he was, again, frustrated that this was a waste of his time. I simply remined him again that I was up front from the very beginning and that I was TOLD someone had to come to my house anyway.

The next day I received a follow-up call asking me how the visit went and I explained everything above. Even after being up front and explaining everything AGAIN about not being able to afford something like this at this time, which is why I entered the sweepstakes in the first place, he proceeded to give me the "car salesman going to the manager" approach by telling me someone with more experience looked at the quote, had a "exciting" idea and could give us a better deal.

I should have spoken my mind then but I let him continue and just figured I would address it today (Thurs. 2/5/2026) when someone was supposed to call and inquire if we were able to meet again Fri. Instead, on Wed. (2/4/2026), I received a phone call, an email & a text asking me to CONFIRM an already scheduled appointment. This is VERY SALES PITCHY & is now starting to seem a bit like a SCAM...

At this point, even if by some miracle, we were to win the sweepstakes, we don't think we could TRUST this company to avoid trying to SALES PITCH us into something else or that there would not be some kind of CATCH...

I realize now what a MISTAKE it was to enter...

I am totally happy with my 3 replacement windows. Mr. Mendoza, the consultant, gave me options and a good price. The installers, A. Batista and C. Faison, did a great install and clean-up. I highly recommend West Shore Home for your next remodel.

I just had West Shore install 3 new exterior doors. I am beyond pleased. My installers David L., Jorge D., Johnny D., Ariel, and Joey R. were all fantastic. Very nice guys and they did a great job. It took most of the day, but they got it done and I couldn't be happier. A+ quality hardware and installation. Thank you!

We had our front door replaced. The employees Cameron and Oscar were professional, courteous and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend them for a job well done.

The technicians were all very professional and courteous. I especially want to thank Joe S. and Maliki for the fabulous job they did in transforming my very old and outdated shower into a welcoming place to enjoy a relaxing shower. Secondly, Luke and Arnaldo gave me a guest bathroom I am no longer embarrassed to let guests see and use. It's a must to show it off every chance I get. Thanks to both for the
outstanding job in delivering such a great looking bathroom. I would also like to say thank you to Ashley for her part in making it happen in the time frame she promised.

We had a West Shore double door with a side lite installed today. The door is outstanding in it's quality. The two young men that spent all day installing it, Abraham C. and Jorge R., did an excellent job and were very polite and professional. Their workmanship was impressive.
