Terrible company doesn't care whether you live or die. My wife is allergic to mold and they found it and water underneath the tile but refused to look for all the mold in the house. They cut tiny holes in 2 places, found mold, and didn't do anything else. This is after claiming that they would find all the mold. Company claims mold doesn't grow under tile which is a complete lie, just google it.

CIS operated in a very personal manner,, I had kitchen completely remodeled from tile floor ,the sheet rock ,cabinets , granite countertop ,and backsplash. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Craftsmanship was impeccable. All the workers were courteous kind and informative. I would recommend CIS for any work And I will probably use them in the future To redo my bathrooms

Immediate action by knowledge work force who professionally contained and restored kitchen after water damage and mold. Absolutely amazing show of force to step in and get the job done after we had to release a different restoration company. You can depend on CIS.

At first they were very responsive and sent two people out to assess our situation. We were told they would speak with our insurance adjuster even though the claim had been denied. An estimator came out April 5th and to date April 19th we do not have an estimate nor any indication that they contacted our insurance.

Very disappointed in the CONSTANTLY changing stories. Our home flooded due to tropical storm ETA. First we are told we can sign the contract without payment. We tell Sven that we have a contractor we will be using for back build and just need remediation services. No problem. Fans brought in. We are then told that they can not perform more work until a down payment is received due to recent changes with FEMA. Sven schedules appointment with us for 11/18 between 4-6pm. Husband calls at 545pm no answer. I text Sven to see if he is still coming. I get a call from coworker Dallas who says Sven asked him to come out to our house but he was too busy so won’t make it. We then make appointment for 11/19 at 930am. A third guy shows up asking for payment of $5,000 dollars. This was NEVER what we were told. Sven told us that we could pay $2,500 upfront and $2,500 after work completed. The new guy was rude and tried to bully my husband into signing for BOTH remediation and back build. He told my husband that if we did not sign for both remediation and back build through CIS and used our contractor instead that we would be at an “unfair advantage...”

This company helped me thru a rough time. They paid out of pocket for my repairs and negotiated with the insurance company to reimburse them. They took care of everything in a timely manner under current circumstances with the pandemic. The work was top quality.

My attic, which is located in my garage had a massive leak which flooded the garage. The leak also spilled in to my kitchen from the attic ceiling which flooded as well. Dallas Ferrell came to my house and made an assessment and immediately got to work! I was so impressed with Dallas' professionalism and attention to detail. He explained everything to me and also kept me up to date with his Team's progress who were also very professional. Dallas is very knowledgeable and absolutely enjoys his work and it shows! He happily answered all of my questions and was patient as well. I truly enjoyed learning a few things from Dallas. Dallas is a great asset to CIS+ and I would absolutely recommend him for any of your restoration needs. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dallas. DEH in Wesley Chapel

I was reccomended to CIS and Adam via a trusted friend...they didn't disappoint! We were dealing with a roof leak that caused damage in our rental condo that needed repaired. CiS coordinated with us well, thru a very complicated and delayed situation with the HOA as they replaced the roof. At all times they were Professional, communicated well, and followed through as promised! The end results exceeded our expectations!

These are rare qualities to find in a contractor today!

We had damage from Eta. CIS quickly came out to assess our issue. They were on time, professional, and explained the process. They gave us an estimated timeline of 4-6 weeks. They were able to stay in that time frame. Every person of contact during the process was prompt in responses and kept us in the loop the entire time. Dustin and Matt have gone above and beyond what I could ask for. They made an aggravating experience, tolerable. While I hope to not need them, if I or anyone I know ever needs mold remediation, renovation, restoration, or any other services CIS provides, I will use them again and pass their information along.

We had a leak behind our wall. CIS came in and was able to assess the damage. We had mold from a slow leak in the shower. We filled this claim with our insurance the week of the 4th of July 2021. As of this review, the week of January 17, 2022, we still have not had the final inspection though we signed the final paperwork over a month ago. Though that have some excellent tradesmen, like Pat M, the company as a whole we would not recommend.

I found them to operate a bit bizarrely.
I was looking to purchase a mobile home which appeared to have mold issues. My initial phone call was answered by Dustin. I found it odd that he answered this is Dustin verses announcing his company but........Anyway he seemed nice enough so I scheduled an appointment with him, or at least I percieved it to be him but was then contacted by Ashley. Ashley was on time, clean cut and spoke well. He came in, took some pictures, took some measurements and asked some questions.
I had explained to him that I lived out of state and was only in Fla. for the week and a timely proposal would be appreciated. He stated "no problem" and was on his way. So far, so good. The next day I called Ashley as I had remembered a couple of questions I wanted to ask him. I got voicemail and figured he was on an estimate so I left a message with a return phone call request. I waited the day and then put a call into Dustin who I assume was Ashley's boss (I do not know the hierarchy of this company). They were generic questions so it wasn't critical that Ashley return my call. No response. I waited until the following day and gave both Ashley and Dustin an easy out stating that if they didn't want the job, maybe it was too small? too complicated? I have no idea, that they could text me. A cowards way but non the less, a way to allow me to move on. Nothing! I don't get it? Why waste everyone's time? To me, who owned and operated a very successful A/C company, this raised red flags that these are not quality human beings.
Maybe they are a good company I will never know but they left a very sour taste in my mouth.
By the way, I had two other quotes that ranged from $8,000.00 to $11,000.00

Commercial Interior Solutions was great to work with. Todd and his team are very responsive and have an open line of communication. Their employee Fernando is honestly the best in Florida when it comes to renovating the interior of a home. His work ethic and high standard for the quality of his work is unmatched. Would highly recommend this company to repair/design/build the interior of a home.
