The West Shore team did a great job installing my doors (3) and they look great! David L was the lead and my primary contact. His team included Jorge #1, Jorge #2, Joey R, who were there all day. They started at 9 am and were finished by 6 pm with all the doors. The last few hours, Abraham C. And Adrieiris B. Also came to help finish up. They all kept the work area very neat and cleaned up everything. They asked questions and sought my input throughout the project. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jonathan Torres, and let me just say—this is the person you want by your side when redoing your bathroom! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing random products. From helping me choose fixtures to explaining the differences in quality (without making me feel clueless), they made the process easy and even fun. My bathroom looks amazing, and I owe it to their guidance. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you want top-tier service!

Today 3/14/2025, Westshore Home installed our new door. Let me tell you that the workmen Alejandro A. and Yoennis D. were professional, police and extremely educated in their craftsmanship. They impressed my husband and I especially with their ability to finish with attention to fine detail perfection after the door was installed. Everything was cleaned up and taken away by them. A ten star recommendation is what we would give them! We highly recommend this company and especially Alejandro A. and Yoennis D.

Okay, so like many people out there, I’d been seeing the social media ads for West Shore Home’s “one day” walk in shower install and had reservations about the process and quality of work. So, after several weeks, I scheduled an appointment to “listen” to what the West Shore Home representative had to offer. The thought of no grout lines caught my attention and the fact the install would be completed in one day won me over and I signed the contract the same day. Is it the least expensive route to take? No. But I was committed to remodeling the bath/shower combo I currently had to a walk in shower for my 84 year-old father who lives with me. The day arrived and the West Shore Home truck arrived on time and I was immediately greeted by Griffin C. and John P., who were going to complete this transformation in one day for me. Their attention to detail before, during, and after the install reflected a level of quality I am still in awe of. In fact, it was a very enjoyable process. Griffin (Griff) was extremely knowledgeable and took his time throughout the process to explain what was going to be done while offering suggestions and asking for my input throughout the day. After the install was completed and, yes, it was indeed completed in one day, the shower looks phenomenal! I went with the subway tile look and Griffin took his time to perfectly line up the lines of the tiles and, hopefully you can tell from the photos that the edges are curved to give the look of real tile. The work done by Griffin and John exceeded my expectations. I am considering having my second bathroom shower redone and I want Griffin and John back to do the work! Upon completion, a considerable amount of time was spent cleaning up the area and it was left cleaner than before they arrived. Now that it is all over, the big question “Was it worth the cost?” Absolutely! The quality of the products used and the finish, as well as the attention to detail, in my opinion, made/make it worth every penny.

Absolutely awesome and perfect! The old shower stall looked terrible, and now I love the remodel! I am delighted this special material will not rust, stain, or mildew - and we don't have to keep recaulking it. MacKenzie was wonderful in the education and sales part, offering several discounts and explaining how this company was different and exceptional- i liked their patented anti-leaking invention in each corner. The antique bronze racks and shelves look great, and I bought all new accessories for the bathroom to match. The 3 workers (Luke, Marlon, and Joe S) did the entire job, including the ceiling in one day. They were professional, friendly, focused, and hard-working. Water pressure is great, drainage is great! I highly recommend Westshore Home for quick, expert, and affordable remodeling of bathrooms! Ask for MacKenzie.

Oscar C. And Joshua F. did a very stellar job on installing my window. Job went well and very clean and quick and kept me informed with everything during the entire process. Thanks so much. Then Max and Rizzo did my tub to shower conversion and all I have to say is WOW!!!! They did such a great job and the outcome was beyond beautiful. Again they were very clean and considerate of our home and kept us in the loop all through the process. Thanks so much to all 4 of them.

West Shore Home took out my “Green Monster” tub and shower and put in a custom shower for us. They were wonderful to work with! Our sales rep, Yasmine L. was a delight! She went over all of the options, warranties and even covered step by step what would take place on installation day. She also worked with us to keep within our budget.
Today was installation day and everything happened in the exact order Yasmine said it would. Bobby and Carlos from West Shore Home/Sanford, FL were right on time. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and able to work around a potential plumbing issue. If not for these two guys, we may have had to hire a third party plumber. They took great care to not make a mess in our house or yard. They explained everything they had to do and why.
While nobody wants to pay high prices, I must say it was definitely worth every penny we spent. West Shore Home gave us the “White Glove Treatment” and we are thrilled with our new shower!

I wanted to remodel a bathroom and called Westshore. They sent Pat Maggio within a day. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and best of all didn’t apply pressure tactics for the sale. I ended up adding a sliding door, even though it wasn’t something I was planning on. I will definitely request him again for future projects.

Joe S. and Jaden did the shower remodel. I was really impressed with how quickly they finished the job and how professional they were. They completed the remodel in about a day and a half. He worked diligently throughout the day to ensure the project was completed on time.

For the slider door replacement, Joenni S. and Osmany S. came out. They were right on time and did an excellent job of replacing the slider. I recently painted the exterior of the house and was worried that some of the paint would be chipped. That wasn’t the case. They were very careful, professional and finished ahead of schedule.

Stellar job, all around for everyone involved.

I cannot put into words how West Shore Home has made my home look even more elegant. I required a replacement front entry way, which in my opinion is the first look appeal for any home, and the process of getting it done was very easy. The hardest part was going thru all of the different models they had available and choosing one.
As for the two installers, Jorge D and Emir F, these gentlemen where extremely detailed in their workmanship. They are certified professionals in explaining what will be done, and how long it will take. Upon completion, they left the work area spotless, and also provided tips on how to maintain and clean my new entry way. If and when I where to have another project done by West Shore Home's, I would request to have both Emir and Jorge return to perform the job. They are an amazing team. Thank you Gentlemen, you made my wife extremely happy. One hell of a mothers day gift, that's for sure.

my husband and I chose Westshore homes to have both of our bathrooms done at the same time because we weren’t able to take time off from work to have another company take several days to install so this selling point made it the answer for us. However, almost 5 years later, I am regretting it every time I go in and look at our bathrooms. We paid a lot of money to have Them both done in one day and since then we had them come out at least four times to fix things that were not done correctly or subpar. For example, the shower would drip and I don’t mean a little drip. I mean gush water after it had been shut off, just randomly sometimes in the middle of the night. The caulking has separated from the bathroom shower panels. We already had them come and replace grout once and it is once again separating. Water has gotten in there and I can’t get it clean to save my life and I am a clean freak. The stainless steel handles and faucets, etc. were resting around the attachment point to the shower wall. They came in and replaced something so now there’s no mildew showing however it’s rough and dull because they just glued around the entire perimeter. I had stopped contacting them because it was just absolutely useless. They just kept putting patches on things when it was obviously done poorly the first time. I know they say they have a lifetime guarantee, but I’m just so fed up. We were demoralized and we keep getting reminded every month when we have to pay the bill on the loan that we took out to pay for these two Bathrooms. I will never use them again and I’m so disappointed and brokenhearted that we spent so much money in good faith and they gave us sub quality work.

Called Westshore Homes to address and issue with a shower wall they installed 2 years ago in the home we just purchased. The wall is uneven and cannot accept a glass door enclosure due to that fact. They offer a lifetime warrantee; however it apparently does not transfer to a new owner. 2 years, not 20, but 'Robert' told me on the phone we would have to pay for a full re-install. This is a huge company with reputation to preserve, yet they are forcing me to deal with having to rely on shower curtains. Shame on them.

West Shore Home improved my life, peace of mind, and home in 24 hours. Over Christmas my bathtub cracked. I'm disabled and already struggle getting in and out of the tub, and now this made things even harder and more uncertain. Unknown to us, there were multiple cracks in the tub and the boards underneath were a ticking time bomb waiting for someone to fall through from rot and mess we inherited. West Shore came out and evaluated the situation, and offered us a solution that took them less than 8 hours to install. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, and when they pulled up the tub and saw that there was more damage than expected underneath they did not say we owed them more money or anything. My bathroom is gorgeous and had consistent water pressure and heat for the first time in three years. I was worried about the price because this is the Cadillac of the industry when I called for a quote, but they charged me less than I budgeted without having to argue with contractors, half completed projects, or waiting ages for the work to even start. It was all one price, one service, one group, and one warranty. Anybody else would have full stopped and wanted more money for the problems they uncovered and they covered all of it, replaced the pipes, rebuilt a wall, rebuilt the floor, and completely refit my bathroom in one single day. I just want to say a huge thank you to Jed, Chase L, Brian D. and manager Griff C. who have made my home safer and more comfortable, literally taking anything we threw at them in stride, and were so professional and kind all day. If you have to have any work done on your home please call these guys. This is beyond the gold standard and they stand behind their product and their people with real integrity. Thank you so much!

We hired Westshore Home for a ~$19,000 master bathroom remodel. Within days of completion in early October, water began leaking through the wall into our garage and laundry area after shower use.
After escalation, Westshore’s own master plumber opened the walls and confirmed the cause: an installer drove a screw straight into a water supply line while installing the shower pan.
This required plumbing repair, wall demolition in multiple rooms, drywall and insulation removal, remediation, and weeks of disruption. The project remained incomplete through November, with walls open and repairs ongoing.
Final paint and baseboards were not completed until December 10, 2025 — nearly two months after the initial installation.
Despite repeated calls and being told in December that someone would follow up to discuss resolution or compensation, no one ever did.
The work was eventually finished, but only after sustained pressure. Installer-caused damage, long delays, and lack of accountability made this a deeply frustrating experience. Document everything if you choose this company.

The 2 installer’s that arrived on time that morning along with a 3rd a small time later were absolutely fantastic. Polite, professional, careful, and very knowledgeable. When I say they exceeded my expectations in every way I truly mean every word. The removal of the old stuff was extremely hard and believe me I know because I have done it. Yet they did not hesitate and never stopped. The finished product was absolutely fantastic and beautiful. We were extremely impressed. Also the cleanup was very good. They protected everything from the very start. Literally the only thing we had to do afterwards was very light dust cleaning which goes with any remodeling projects. Our bathroom shower is absolutely beautiful and will last for years. I personally watched the process all day and the quality of the material was second to none. Down the road we will not hesitate to call them for other projects.

The team of Justice and Harry we're prompt on time and friendly. They covered the floors with drop cloths from the main entrance all the way to the work area at all times. The install was delayed due to unforeseen problem with plumbing caused by a contractor years before They did a wonderful job of repairing the problem. They had no choice but to finish the install the next day. They did a beautiful job of keeping the work area clean by cleaning up after themselves throughout the day. Can't thank them enough for the beautiful work they did would recommend these guys to anyone.

Our installers were top notch! Thank you Oscar, Leo and Amir! Very professional, personable and thorough! Communication was amazing, and everyone was eager to make sure that everything looked perfect. Installation was delayed slightly due to a bit of an oversight during the ordering process, but a resolution was made promptly. Thank you Mack!
