I can't express how grateful I am for Jose from Trevino Electric who installed a transfer switch for our portable generator right before a hurricane hit. Talk about timing!

The morning of the hurricane Milton, Jose showed up early and ready to work. Even with the storm looming, he was professional, quick, and incredibly calm, which really helped ease my nerves. They explained everything they were doing and made sure we understood how to safely use the generator.

The installation was flawless, and it was clear that Jose took great pride in his work. Thanks to his skill and dedication, we were able to keep essential appliances, even our AC, running during the storm, which was a huge relief.

Jose was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable for a commercial job a couple of smaller jobs that we needed done. There was a small hiccup and he handled it gracefully while keeping his word on everything. He has excellent communication skills and explained all the work he did after it was completed. His work was well done and completed in a timely manner. Im so happy with this company!

Jose introduced himself and asked for more information about the electrical issues we were experiencing. He checked out the electrical outlet, made some adjustments and everything seems to be working well now. The other outlet he replaced and all is working much better now. I am a Realtor who had a home inspection completed. There were a couple electrical items found. I reached out to Trevino for an estimate and time frame. They were very prompt in returning my inquiry, the price was very fair and they could come right out to do the work. I was first quoted $1,000 to re-hang our sign, which we took down before the hurricanes. I knew it would only take about 15 minutes to hang as it's just 3 wires and 4 bolts, and took me 5 minutes to take down in the first place.

Then we were referred another electrician who ghosted us for about 3 weeks straight after promising to show up on 3 different occasions and then having an excuse each time and no-showing the appointment time.

Yesterday I called Trevino Electric and they had a crew here within 24 hours and charged us just $50.

This review is long overdue. When we first bought our home, we were required to change out three electric panels after our inspection was completed as the brand was known to be faulty/recalled Jose and his team did a fabulous job. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They were great about explaining everything and very fairly priced. I have used him multiple times for smaller projects/repairs and have always been impressed with how knowledgeable, timely, neat , and conscientious he and his crew are.
