Exceptional Service from Smooth Sailing Electric!

I had Smooth Sailing Electric rewire some outlets and install a new breaker panel after some flood damage. Kent, Jordan, Steve, and Zach did an amazing job. They were professional, efficient, and kept me updated on every step. The whole team was great to work with, and I feel much safer with the upgraded system. Highly recommend!

Kent and Jordan nailed it!! In 2 days, they managed to install 6 outdoor sconce lights (a lot of attic climbing for them) and a 6’ front porch fan with an antique drop light to brighten our curb appeal and safety to enter our home in the evenings. They corrected electrical errors inside our home, installed 4 new can lights to brighten our very dim media TV room, changed out old plugs and light switches to be up to date & to code, they found high voltage in our electrical box which was quickly communicated and immediately corrected, and they did all of this hard work while being courteous and professional. We are very grateful for their top notch services with fabulous results. I look forward to working with this highly educated electrician team again on our next home improvement electrical project.

Kent did a great job replacing a breaker fried by a lightning strike at our house. He was very responsive, punctual, and thorough - got us back up and running within a day of us calling. So glad to know of a great electrician - we will call again when we’re ready to buy a generator for storms.

Talk about a group of motivated guys! Complete rewire of our house looked amazing. From start to finish they were communicative and professional. Kent, Steven and Jordan were all amazing. Even after the rough install they were able to quickly diagnose a drywall screw through one of their wires. One thing to install another to diagnose issues. We had a great experience working with Saltside. Mark and his colleague were prompt – arriving when they were scheduled. We knew we wanted electric service on a dock but weren’t sure how to approach the problem. They listened to our description of what we wanted to do, looked at the existing electric (or what turned out to be not so safe existing electric), and then offered a couple of options for us to consider. The cost was very reasonable. I would use them again.
