Hurricane Idalia and the surge it brought to Pinellas County submerged my Dock and took out the power system. Mark from Saltside had come recommended and I reached out to him for repair. I contacted him over the holiday and he informed me he could be here first thing in the morning the day after. I am aware I am an electric moron and was prepared to be gouged with AMPs joules and the like along with a bill to send yet another child through college. Needless to say, that did not happen. Mark and his sidekick arrived punctually, addressed the issue and explained it to me in layman’s fashion so that even I understood him. He also told me of some remediation I could do to prevent this issue from getting worse rather than him doing it and charging me for it. BL - He fixed the issue, reinforced it for future storms and charged me a reasonable fee. I really had not expected to get great service reasonably priced; boy was I wrong!! He will be my “Go to” guy from now on.

Mark did thorough, very professional work at a reasonable rate. We would absolutely use his services next time we need an electrician. And he was very helpful in offering suggestions on what we could do around the house on our own.

I have used Mark for 2 jobs now, a minor pool light require, and a full electrical panel change. Both were done quickly, professionally and reasonably priced.
Mark takes the time ti explain the job and requirements which is great.

Called Mark to repair boat lift electrical conduit damaged by hurricanes. Came out within hours of my call which is unheard of today. Fixed it up and is reasonably priced. Definitely will use for future electrical needs.

The outlet that powers my irrigation system quit working and with relatively fresh sod in July heat I had to get it working again quickly. Mark from Saltside was able to come out same day to check it out. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and get my irrigation system up and running. Mark was extremely thorough and made sure that potential problems were addressed so that the issue wouldn’t persist.

Great service call. Mark answered his phone at 6:30am on the weekend. Came out at 10:00am and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. Very fair price. Would recommend and use again for any future issues.
