We have built two custom homes before moving to St. Petersburg and after living in this house for a couple of years decided to do a major renovation. We spent 9 months with an architect on the design work and another 2 months interviewing contractors. The house was completely gutted and renovated in 2015. Tom Quartetti, the President of Sunketch, was a pleasure to work with. It was a nine month project and completed on time! As with any project of this size there were numerous issues that had to be dealt with and Tom was tremendous. He suggested making changes to the front of the house which cost very little but made a huge improvement to the overall look of our house. He also tore out the stonework on the outdoor kitchen (at no cost to us) because of a defect that I couldn't see even after he pointed it out, but which he assured me that we would see 6 months later. We had a separate contract for the kitchen/cabinet work and even though he derived no monetary benefit Tom oversaw that work as well (frankly because the kitchen company dropped the ball too often). It has been nearly 3 years later and I still call Tom to ask for help --- and he has always been prompt to return my call and more importantly to do the work. Today I had to find a replacement for the lanai screen door latch --- what they sell at Lowe's and others is not even close. Through SunKetch we not only have the new latch, but also a complete door hardware set, again at no cost to us. He was not the cheapest contractor, nor was he the most expensive contractor, but in the end we feel that we got the best value from Sunketch. If I ever have the opportunity to build a new home in Pinellas County I would do it with SunKetch in a heartbeat
