Timeliness, Thoroughness, Responsive. Truly a rare servicer to be found, Operation Air obviously did a fine job, first time out to repair ductwork through a Duke Energy program. And although there was one issue not discovered by the technician, the day the work was done, the owners, when notified, went out themselves to assess -- and discovered one missed area, then sent out the proper technician to do the final repair. ALL in ALL -- its RARE to find a company that is responsive, in light of a small item overlooked, then makes GOOD on it, without delays, without pointing fingers, and actually, the laundry list of items they went BACK to verify had been done, was well out of the scope of the original work they were contracted for. Operation Air really has been a ....breath of fresh air! I scheduled a duct inspection through the Duke Energy program and Dan Eaton was the technician who came out. At the time, I was in the middle of a kitchen/bath demolition (thanks to a water leak:( and well, I had a walk-thru kitchen/bath at the time, i.e. no walls! ). It didn't dawn on me until the night before that this might affect the test. Dan was right on time and thankfully didn't make me feel like a dingbat for not realizing how this would affect the testing! So I rescheduled and Dan came back. It was refreshing to see the pride Dan took in his work. I also appreciated the fact that at no time did I feel he was "upselling", but rather giving me an honest assessment of my ductwork. I was relieved that the news was good and I just need a few minor tweaks and then my ducts/ducks will ...all be in a row!
Oh, and the customer service over the phone was also very positive and helpful. I recommend Operation Air's to anyone who appreciates honesty and integrity!

BEWARE!!! This company is very deceptive, lacks integrity and professionalism. I called a different company and Operation Air shows up. Apparently, they bought the number but fail to explain that they are not the same service and company. It's a scam company that is working in unison with Duke Energy to do all their duct work. They sent an unexperienced guy so that the owner can concentrate on duct work. I will be lodging a complaint with Duke Energy and BBB, regarding their Machiavellian techniques. The owner's wife couldn't tell the truth if her life depended on it. Keep pushing the button to push my post down.

By saying Joe is one amazing human being is an understatement! He is so thorough, pays attention to minute details, CARING, sincere and very professional. He has spent many hours on our outside unit, in this heat, with not a single complaint to be heard from him. Thank you Joe!!! It’s a true pleasure meeting you.

So I woke up at 5:30 am on July 1st, 2015, and our home was at 84 degrees and rising. We were used to 74 at the most. It didn't take me very long to figure out our 11 year old A/C unit had bit the dust making a horrible grinding noise when it would attempt to kick on. We already had an appointment with Operation Air to come out and perform a Duke Energy Duct Inspection in a couple weeks, so I called them and pleaded that they come out on an emergency call to help us out. They did and I watched as they did their best to save our old unit, but it was hopeless. We needed a new unit. Ugh, what a nightmare, and it was so hot and muggy.

At 8:00 am the next day, July 2nd, they arrived with a brand new A/C unit and air handler. I cannot imagine being in that business! When they weren't out in the sun installing the A/C unit, they were up in the attic installing the air handler. So happened that July 2nd was one of the hottest most humid days of the year with the outside temperature at 95 and the humidity peaking at 93%. Plus in the attic it must have been 120 degrees.

Our new unit was running at about 3:00 pm to our complete relief.

We've had them out several times since then for additional work, including the Duct Inspection and subsequent duct repair work, and we also had them install a high-end thermostat that I can control from my PC or iPhone.

Operation Air proved to be a very wise choice for us, Mike and Jennifer demonstrated a sincere dedication to make sure we were totally comfortable and completely satisfied. In fact, they and their team went above and beyond what we could expect during our time of need. We'll keep them on speed dial, for sure.

Dan Eaton showed up as of a result of a Duke request, that somehow had some mistakes in it as we did not contact Operation Air to come out, we contacted another company.

The first thing he did was insult my lady. Then we asked for documentation on why he was here, and he provided bogus information, which we verified as just not true.

I asked him to leave, and not come back, and his comment was F*** you.

Great professionalism! There will be a complaint filed with the BBB and Duke energy. We just don't need this kind of company that insults people and then present lies.

First and foremost, this company can be Trusted to do Honest assessments and work!!

They also participate in Duke Energy's savings programs. They thoroughly inspected our entire duct work in attic and offered up some knowledgeable, cost saving measures and fixed our problems.

WOW!! Operation Air replaced old ductwork in our home. Our central air was an add on. The original installers made no effort to make the ductwork in the attic neat. When Operation Air finished it looked like a new home installation. Everything was neatly strapped to the rafters and very neat and tidy.

Technicians were here exactly when they said they would be. They were really polite. They explained everything along the way.
