Scam alert , we call them to request the quote for the compressor replacement and and they said they have to come to diagnoses with $95.99 fee . i told them it said free estimate on their website for work and replacement and all we need to do is just help us replace our compressor but they still want $95.99 fee for diagnoses . i told them we had the other company came and diagnoses already and know exactly what is problem . we can provide them the refrigerator model , part # , and send them the refrigerator label pictures but they still want to come and charge $95.99 for it . be careful because they just want your $95.99 and may never repair it for you . btw the lady who answer the phone was very rude to me .

Technician did a good job. Seemingly was able to make the necessary repairs. This is not the first time this issue has come up so just wait for it to arise again. When it does however, I will be going back to my previous company. ASA was recommended to me by a friend who said how affordable ASA was and I gave it a shot. However, the same work and repairs were over $100 more than the previous service which was quite a shock. On top of the previous repairs company, their work also came with a service agreement for up to 3 additional service calls in the next year. Like I said, the work was completed however I feel like I've been a bit robbed at the cost.

I have been dealing with an AC problem for a while now.
ASA came out and I explained everything I have noticed with the AC. Since then, freon was added. A new control panel and a new faceplate for a Honeywell TH8320ZW. On 8/27 a tech came out and put the thermostat for no schedule. Which was fine, he thought this might have been the problem and it wasn't.
The problem is the Honeywell TH6320U2008/U, this thing is pure junk. I never had a problem with the old Honeywell TH8320ZW thermostat.

Casey and his wife were awesome. This guy knows his stuff very educated on air-conditioning systems. Would highly recommend his company every time.

casey came out to my house to look at my ac for an issue i was having with my hvac unit after about 5 minutes in my home he was able to locate the issue and adv me it is a quick fix apparently my fan in my compressor went out he was able to confirm it was cover under warranty and it would only cost 100 when i tell u i was beyond shocked and appreciated that he was so quick and knowledgeable even gave me helpful tips to keep my unit running smoothly he literally saved me 456 as i was previously quoted 556 for a possible leak by rotor rooters casey thank you again for ur hard work and dedication to getting me and my kids cold air again

Casey cleans and advises on AC wall units!! I had the best experience with him, he arrived to clean my 4 AC wall units & informed me that they did not need cleaning. He was actually honest about it!! Casey showed me how to maintain the units and left me a bottle of special cleaner to spray on them.
