I am building a new ADU and this company had done the rough plumbing for our contractor. I have contacted them 4 times to get a quote to connect to our sewer and do the finish plumbing since they are on our building permit, and I have never received a call back. What a sham of a company. It’s a wonder they are still in business. If they don’t want my business, a simple phone call to say that they can’t continue to work on the project would be the moral and ethical thing to do. Ignoring someone who wants to pay you to provide a product or service is never a prudent decision. I would caution anyone looking at this company to look elsewhere. This company does not appear to have any interest in being an upstanding, productive company.
