Seth did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vents and also repairing the dryer booster fan. He was meticulous and knew exactly what to do. I would definitely hire this company again

The driver in a box truck on ulmerton road today ran a red light and cut 2 cars off almost caused a serious accident. The driver was throwing cigarette buts out on the ground and acting like he was on drugs.

We had one place tell us that our house had mold in the AC air handler and OMG we should write a big check post haste and get that fixed asap! But we sought a 2nd opinion from the honest folks at Ductz and they inspected the AC and said we do NOT have a mold issue! I was very impressed with Cleve's honesty and character. I cannot recommend Ductz highly enough. I will not even consider anyone else when it is time to have my air handler cleaned.

Right on time. Called before arrival. Very courteous, professional and friendly. Got everything done in a day. Kept the house as clean as possible and cleaned up after they were done. My wife said she could feel a big difference in her sinuses the next day. I highly recommend them.

Wow!!! I’m currently going through my 2nd mold remediation headache w/ my condo due to an ongoing leak that wasn’t fixed right the first time. The first incident was summer 2020 & w/ a different HOA/property management company. The contractors they used then SUCKED hence why I see the differences w/ the 2nd round. Very impressed w/ the duct cleaning that Donnie & Craig provided. Super cool guys, courteous & professional.

Do not recommend. They booked for duct cleaning and spread out over two days. The duct service team, was hardly working and basically could have completed the work in maybe and hour or two if they had actually been working. They were nowhere to be found a few times for hours during their "service", Biggest waste of money. I feel completely taken advantage of.

OK, did AC Duct cleaning from Ductz, April 2022, and I have an air quality machine to test, super clean air is how I deciphered it. But had issues with air-flow, I called and Ductz came back twice, no charge. Another AC company said to scrap it, redo entire system, Jim at Ductz added some additional directional airflow peices of fiberglass and turned this into a like new system. No BS, these guys are good, real too.

Yesterday, Cleve came by to appraise my duct work. He was very friendly, professional and sincere. Said that my ducts were in excellent shape, and there was no need for service. Took pictures to show me everything and explained everything in detail. Even gave me advice on how to keep my system clean and improve my studio's air quality. Thanks Cleve for being honest, and awesome to work with.

A few weeks back we at mandalay beach club had the pleasure of working with 2 dryer vent technicians named Joe and Chris. My property manager Judy and I both agree they were great! Both extremely professional, quick, knowledgeable and an over all great experience working with ductz of Tampa Bay and especially these 2 techs!

Although I had to wait quite a while for an appointment, I can now see why they are booked ahead. The men who came out to do the actual ductwork/air handling cleaning were truly professional and meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend Don and Craig. They made sure everything was immaculate. They took all the vents off and pressure washed them, removed all residue from around the vents, and thoroughly cleaned inside the ductwork (even used a wet vac). They recommended an ultraviolet light that prevents the formation of mold, etc. as it keeps the environment dry as well as the light - both of the conditions which contribute to the condensation that collects - and the bill was actually very affordable for the amount of work these men did - as well as the quality. Marie was always very nice to work with as well. I would highly recommend this company.

The staff in the main office was very responsive, great communication! The person who came to do the estimate, likewise, was very personable, professional, and thorough. The staff who came to actually do the job did a great job and were great about showing us before, during and after photos. They could’ve done a better job of cleanup…

I am the Property Manager for a 156-unit condo with two towers. Ductz did a fabulous job cleaning the dyer vents and fabricated new vents for us. They are a full-service company and I would recommend them to all Associations, commercial properties, and any residential projects. The entire staff is wonderful and accommodating. Ductz of Tampa Bay performed Cleaning services on our AC/Heating vents on January 23rd 2023. The technicians, Donny & Craig arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do to complete the service. They got to work right away, protecting the work areas with sheets. Donny & Craig were VERY Professional & Courteous, in fact they went above and beyond to clean, paint & reinstall our vent covers. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend Ductz of Tampa Bay

Very personable staff. They could not make the initial appointment due to a delay at the previous booking but the service person called us quickly, and rescheduled. He showed up at the rescheduled time. When they were done, they left our condo the way they found it (clean and neat) and the duct cleaning itself was thorough and they provided images. Overall I highly recommend using this company.

Jim was very nice and did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent. Even inspected my air vents to let me know there were issues with it. Provided pictures of the issues too. I appreciate his help.

I am super sensitive to odors, and when I moved into a new house, there was a faint funky odor. No one else seemed to smell but me. It really bothered me and made my house feel dirty to me. No matter how much I would clean, even after a renovation, I could still smell this faint funky odor. I was confident it was coming from my AC unit.

This team came in and was so thorough, it was an all day event. It’s been a couple weeks now, I keep expecting and waiting for that smell to return but it hasn’t, it truly has been handled! My house smells fresh and clean now! I am beyond thrilled. My only regret is not getting it done sooner.
