Use these guys if you really want to annoy your neighbors. They park the trucks side by side on the road and ignore the cars that can't get through. If you call them to comment on this they will hang up on you. Customer service at its worst.

Thanks to Bay City Tree service the two storms that came through Seminole Florida this year we had very minimal damage thanks to the excellent workmanship.

Several trees and stumps removed that were close to house. They came highly recommended by my neighbor. They gave me an estimate and set up to come back the following week. I got a reminder call the day before, and they showed up when they said they would the following day. I was pleased with the condition they left my yard in. Also advised on other tree in my yard and recommended what to plant for additional shade.

Duane and his team prepared our trees for another hurricane season, they balanced the canopy and kept our trees growing strong. He explains what is going on and what he can do and gives clear knowledgeable advice. When it was difficult to let go of some of the old oaks he took the time to show how to look at the bark and read the health of the trees. In mid-August, Duane and his crew came out to trim the very large oak tree in our front yard. When he came out to do the estimate, Duane recognized how imbalanced the tree was, leaning toward the house. He talked us through his recommendations and on trimming day he was very thorough with his crew about how he wanted the tree trimmed. Fast forward to this past week when the effects of Hurricane Ian hit the Tampa Bay area. I fully believe that our tree withstood the strong winds as well as it did only because of the great work led by Duane and executed by the crew of Bay City Trees. As scary as the winds were, I felt so much more confident about the integrity of the tree having had it evaluated and trimmed by Duane and his team. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thorough from planning the job to cleaning up - just a few of the things that come to mind when I think about Bay City Trees. I deeply appreciate what they did for us.

If I could give a 10 STAR rating I would! I’ve used Bay City on a previously owned property and now my current property. They did an amazing job! They are prompt and professional. The work was done to the letter of the estimate and then some. The trees are polished & shaped beautifully, stump’s ground and a lot of overgrown brush has been cleared. My neighbor had a tree fall on his roof. To be nice I gave them permission to access from my yard. They assured me they would use crane pads as there was a sprinkler head where they would be. They tore up my yard. Left most of the tree still here on my property right before a major hurricane is
coming.

I was considering using them to remove one of my oaks but definitely not after this stunt.

Bay City Tree Service did an excellent job trimming my old Laurel Oak. The tree is near the end of its life and I want to take good care of it so it lives as long as possible. Duane is passionate about saving trees and gave me good advice about how to prolong its life. Richmond and the crew were polite, efficient, and competent. They did great work, and fit in my job on a tight schedule. They left the yard spotless, and the tree looks happy.
