I had a very disappointing experience with this electrician and most on the team during my new build. Communication was consistently poor, with calls and messages often going unanswered. Commitments were not followed through on. It frequently felt like asking them to do their job was somehow an inconvenience. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

We switched over to Always Ready Generators last year after the company that installed our Generac went out of business. Always Ready does a thorough job of maintaining our unit and they were very responsive with service when we experienced a couple of glitches. We are very please with their service.

We have used Sam Crane for years as we have found him to be the most honest and trustworthy person we could ever hope to have. So, it was no question but to use him for our generator. His people kept the appointments and were on time. They did an excellent install job. It passed inspection first time!!

I've been a customer of Always Ready Generators since 2021. We have continued renewing our preventative service agreement One thing I have to say about the Always Ready Generator company is the office staff, service manager and each technician we've met and had are polite, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I  occasionally have had the opportunity to be home when the tech arrives to do my semi-annual service. Our latest service tech was Luis and it was a pleasure to watch him work on our generator with confidence, knowledge, and authority. He asked me how our generator was performing and if there were any issues or questions. I did mention my 22Kw generator performs flawlessly.My WiFi at the generator was showing 16%~20% or less initially and was dropping connection about every 3 days after a reconnect. I have struggled over the years with the onboard Wifi dropping connection even  with the extender I installed and thought was placed effectively between the modem and generator. Luis said "let's see how we can fix this". I picked Luis' brain and together Luis downloaded and installed the latest updates. I went and repositioned my Wifi extender to a better "line of sight" location. That was  because I have a lot of commercial storage racking in the garage which I felt was creating a FARADAY cage effect. I'm now going on 2 weeks with a definitively stronger and consistent Wifi signal 62%~70% at the generator and that now provides a very stable connection to the MOBILE -LINK app.
Thank you, Grant for always being at the end of the phone. Also, being patient with this left-brained and grateful customer. When I'm asked anything about my generator or other GENERAC questions. I have and will always highly  recommend GENERAC brand and ALWAYS READY GENERATORS of Stuart.as my dealer.

As a brand new customer, I am extremely impressed with this company's customer service and their willingness to help me out with the issues I was experiencing, especially since the company that installed the generator apparently has gone belly up. The scheduled maintenance was readily coordinated and completed in a very professional manner. The technician had trouble removing one of the screws holding the panel on, which was ruined in the process. He came back later to replace the temporary screw. Very responsible technician and company.

They are always on time, know each tly what they are doing . Each person has a responsibility and performs it - without time lost chatting about it. Family own and striving to build clientele of satisfied customers . Very responsive and caring .

The OWNER of the company, Sam came to my home for an appointment I made two weeks prior to have my battery on generator replaced and scheduled maintenance with an oil change.
I confirmed with Sam when he got to my home after waiting the two hour window for his arrival that a new battery and oil change would be completed. He confirmed, and I also asked him to let me know if the gage said I needed more propane. I went outside after a half an hour to see how it was going and he was gone. Sam didn't give me the reading off the propane tank, and Sam didn't do the oil change and maintenance I had scheduled. I found out the oil change was not done because the OWNER of the company was low on oil!!!
Sam didn't bother to pick up oil before coming to my home and just left!!! Grant explained this to me and told me I would need to make an additional appointment for the maintenance since the OWNER didn't bother to pick up the oil to complete the maintenance on my generator! Grant told me I would have to wait an additional two hour window and have an additional appointment because the OWNER clearly did not care about MY time, and clearly couldn't be bothered to do what was needed for the job at my home I waited two weeks for, and two hours for him to show up that day.
Guess what Sam? If I am going to wait another two hour window for the maintenance to be completed on my generator it's not going to be waiting for you!!! You can't even blame this poor service, and complete disregard for someone else's time on an employee. What you did was very rude, and you over charged me as well.
Won't happen again but I do hope you start treating your customers better. You wouldn't like it if that was done to you.

The service technician was outstanding. He was very conscientious and did a phenomenal job washing and waxing the Generac.

Always Ready planned in advance and then executed the maintenance plan when promised. The technician kept us informed regarding the status of the service and mentioned when he would return to the next service. All good.
