Kyle did a complete oil change and generator maintenance. He took the time to clean the unit inside and out. He does a great job representing his company providing great customer satisfaction. I'm a fan!

I have been using this company to provide my Generac maintenance plan for exactly one year and have no complaints. They contact me twice a year to schedule maintenance checks and their staff is always professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had our Generator installed five years ago. Generator came with a 7 year waraanty.

We continue to have Always Ready maintain the generator and service including warranty response has been excellent.

They respond to a problem very quickly which is great.
The service personnel are knowledgeable and very nice.

The service has been spotty. I have been having them try to repair a Generac generator for nearly 5 months, and have spent over $700 dollars in the last 6 months. The previous owner spent nearly ~$500 dollars right before I moved in. To this day I have never seen the generator run to more than 10 seconds. They continue to tell me it is a new part required, despite their multiple diagnosis and 3 new parts installed already. Also, I had two appointments scheduled where they just didn’t show up at all, and never called to apologize or reschedule, I had to take the initiative to reschedule. Today the technician told me he was too busy for me, and recommended I change out the coolant myself.

Not sure I can recommend them at this point, but their appointment follow up emails insisted I write a review.

Everyone at Always Ready Generators is highly professional and knowledgeable. They treated my home with respect and were great to work with. I had a great experience working with them! They are competitively priced and always show up as scheduled. Honestly, they are heads and shoulders above their competitors and they even sent the owner of the company to review their workmanship and test my new system! Who does that anymore??? Always ready Generators does! Select them if you’re serious about hiring 1st class professionals!!!!!

Great service. The response time was unbelievably quick. They were here within an hour of my call and fixed my issue and we were back up and running. I can’t say enough about the service I received. Thank you.

Always Ready Generators is definitely living up to their name. Grant is very responsive, courteous, and professional as are the technicians. They show up on time and do a great job servicing our Generac 22K generator. We sure appreciate their great service!

Everyone I have dealt with is very professional and want to make you very satisfied. Grant, the office man, goes out of his way to get you the time you want. Sam, the technican, knows his stuff. He knew what my problem was before even starting the generator. I am glad I contacted them for my repair.

Our latest maintenance appointment was wonderful! The technician was competent and patient and resolved some issues we were having with WI-FI connectivity. He also answered all of our questions and carefully explained what he did.

Peace of Mind: One of the first purchases made for our new home was a generator. Knowing that we are proactive and prepared for the weather adversities and complications is a relief. the process from order to install was streamlined and on time . I would highly recommend this company.

Always Ready support of my Generac whole house backup generator turned out to be the perfect solution. Previously installed by another company, a problem that they reported fixed…wasn't.
In a word, the system would not transfer from local power to Generac power. Owner/chief electrician Sam Crane came out and wound up testing each part, then each wire until finding a wiring problem, which then resulted in the transfer switch doing its job. Hot steamy day in South Florida but he stayed with it til it functioned as advertised.

The generator did not work right from the day it was installed. Communication was lacking throughout the process. Sent a technician to fix the problem that does not have WiFi expertise when they knew that was the issue. Product isn't even a year old and they want to sell me a "discounted " fix. I have zero confidence it would work. Cannot recommend.

Thank you for your owner response. Since you won't return my calls I will respond online. Unfortunately your version of the facts is incorrect. I specifically had already installed (at significant expense) a wifi extender near the generator so the signal was never the problem. Communication and expertise was the problem. Your hope came true as R.A.J. Electric has resolved the issue without any additional cost.

Because of my wife's health, having the generator running properly is important. Always Ready has been on top of providing service. The service guys are always on time and very neat. I appreciate their work.

They contact us a month or so before service is needed to remind us to schedule the service. They are always on time and answer any questions I may have about the product or service being done. They are very reliable with their reminders, notifications, and work which I greatly appreciate.

We’ve had nothing but excellent responsiveness and service from Always Ready/Sam Crane! They’ve made a point to get as many service needs taken care of ahead of hurricane Milton and arrived even earlier than expected. Fast, reliable, quality service. Not sure what else you’d want from a company like this. Highly recommend!
