Second time I’ve called Cook with a problem I couldn’t figure out doing it myself. Replacing an aged combo chandelier/fan with a new chandelier with unclear instructions. Our initial Cook crew was delayed by a thorny issue at another customer’s home,, so the Sr Service Mgr. Brandon arrived to fill in and within 30 minutes, the issue was resolved. First class, knowledgeable folks and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

It's unusual that I provide an Evacuation concerning Work performance, yet Cook Electric has Performed far above my Standards of Electrical requests I desired; therefore, I would without Hesitation Recommend their Services at Any Time!!

Called Dan, spoke with him about my microwave issue and needing an outlet added. Even though he was not available for another week or so to come out he took time out of his day to explained what needed to be done if I was to go with someone else since he was not available today. Dan was able to give me a site visit, cost estimate and work completion within a week. My job was installing 3 antique light fixtures- which required relocating ceiling mounts and pulling wires. His team included 2 young women who quickly got to work, focused and confident in what needed to be done. They took exceptional care in handling the lights, which I really appreciated due to fragility of the glass. They were very professional and pleasant to work with and executed the job nicely. Highly recommend- and I will call them for future work.
