We are so happy with Neat & Repeat cleaning service!!! They are the MOST professional cleaning company around here!!! The cleaning team who comes to our house is Arica & Yeimy. They are absolutely professional and they do an excellent job every time they come here. They are punctual, thorough and detailed.

Raiza and Maria clean my house. They do a thorough job with cleaning, including ceiling fans, shades, and glass sliding doors. I appreciate the way they do little things like making paper flowers atop paper towel rolls and folding any hanging towels with precision. They are quiet and non disruptive while I work from home. I am a happy customer.

I have been using this company for over 20 years and Arica and Yaimy for about half that time. I obviously think highly of both the company and the ladies that work there. The team comes to my home, they bring all their own equipment, and work together for 2 and a half hours. The house is spotless and smells great. They wet mop, vaccum, dust, change bed linen,
Scrub bathrooms and kitchen, and always ask if there’s anything special I need done. I recommend them highly to all my friends.

We have been using Custom Cleaning for our office for many years, and Leyda and Carlos have been wonderful. They come on Sundays when the office is closed, and every Monday we walk into a space that feels fresh, clean, and ready for the week. They are reliable, thorough, and always do a consistently excellent job. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we truly appreciate all they have done for us over the years. Highly recommend!

Liz and Arica are amazing! They always do a great job and with friendly service. They have been consistent over the past 2+ years not a single issue! Sometimes we get different people and all of them are professional and polite. Definitely consider using Neat and Repeat if you need a cleaning service. 10/10

Grissel, Leyda, and Carlos did such a great job! They were extremely helpful with all the cleaning needed after renovating. There was so much powder all over everything from tile work, etc. It feels like such a relief to have had all their hard work and attention to detail. As important as it is that they do a great job inside, one of my favorite things about what they do is to leave the outside entryway to the house clean, also. It’s like a cherry on the top! Thank you for always doing such a great job, and for the extra care after a renovation!

I live with my grandmother and she just had a knee surgery so my aunt decided to hire a cleaning service a lovely lady came a couple days before a survey and she was very kind and then gleibys Came by The next day and started to get to work bright and early and she got the whole house done by around 3 o’clock 340 she was so nice to have a around N was also a very extra nice set of hands she got to hold the heart rate spots. And the house looks stunning. Can’t wait to welcome yall back again :)

What an amazing experience! I am so happy with team 16. They were so thorough and quick at the same time! The house smells terrific and I could literally eat off the floor. They are 100% worth it!!!

We called Molly maids to do an emergency move in clean, due to the owners not having the home deep cleaned before we moved in as promised. If I could leave a 0 review I would! Worst $500 I'll ever spend.
We needed a construction clean on a home we had just finished renovating and my usual cleaning ladies were out of town. I googled different companies and decided to give Molly Maids a try.
I explained specifically what I needed done and considering the house was almost completely empty, it should have been an easy task. I couldn't stay at the property during the cleaning, but the 2 ladies said that was not a problem and assured me they had it under control. I would have expected them to be there at least 4 hours considering it was pretty dusty and I asked for all of the cabinets in the kitchen to be wiped down and cleaned of debris because we had the floors ripped out and replaced, so the inside bottom cabinets were filthy. The house is around 3,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so for 2 people to clean it in the state it was in should have taken more than 2 hours. I honestly dont't know what they actually did. There were piles of dirt not vacuumed up, the cabinets were exactly as I left them, the floors were not mopped, the blinds were still dusty. Needless to say, I was furious! We were moving in the following day, so when I got to the house a few hours after I had left the girls, my daughter and I had to clean all over again!!! I called the company immediately and told them that the cleaning was not done properly and all they said was they were sorry and offered to give me a credit for the next time I needed cleaning services.
I laughed at that comment! No Thanks!!!
So please, don't waste your money on this company. You WILL be disappointed AND WILL HAVE WASTED A LOT OF MONEY FOR NO SERVICES! I posted a few of the pictures I took AFTER they "cleaned". You be the judge....

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Molly Maid. I hired them to clean my new empty home before moving in, expecting a spotless result. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon inspection, I found that surfaces were still dusty and the floors were visibly dirty. It was as if they barely cleaned at all, which was incredibly frustrating as I had hoped to move into a clean and welcoming environment.

For the premium price I paid, I anticipated a thorough and professional cleaning, but the service fell short on all fronts. I would not recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for reliable and effective cleaning services.

I called them on a Monday needing an apartment move out cleaning. They were there the next day promptly and did an amazing job! I would use again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this company.

Our team Angie and Yami were professional and pleasant and did a wonderful job cleaning our home. They treated everything with respect, worked diligently and thoroughly and gave extra attention to a construction mess in the master bath. After Molly Maid, the house smelled clean without that overpowering smell of toxic perfumed cleaners. We will use Molly Mail for our regular housecleaning.
