Awesome guy! A man full of Integrity and honesty! I’ve known the owner for 20yrs now and the qualities I see in Nathan Todd have grown significantly and are now making way into his business as well. I’ve recently found that almost any business is only as good as it’s Owners Leadership, if you want a job done well with little stress attached I would give Florida Emergency Cleaning a call. I would highly recommend doing business with him…. You won’t regret it!

Canaan was wonderful! I paid a large amount of money to fix some very large problems. Canaan came in, was very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and attacked the job with vigor. I would point out a problem and he would solve it in a extremely efficient manner. One by one he took care of all of the large messes I was facing. I commend Canaan and his work. You have an excellent employee that made this a great value!

Above and beyond the call of duty for our flooded high-rise condo! Nathan tackled our job promptly, efficiently and with great communication skills keeping me abreast of the situation. Initially with daily contact,which helped put me at ease being a long distance away and dealing with him mostly by phone. His detailed explanation of water restoration services was most appreciated. He also acted as my communicator to set up follow up repairs needed.I highly recommend Florida Emergency Cleaning for any of their services!

Wow this company was great and on my job within 2 hrs. I had called another company first and they told me 3 weeks to get an estimate. I then called Nathan, told him my problem and he was Nathan on the spot. They were in and out within 3 days for me to finish the Condo and get it ready to rent again. They are a 10 plus and the best.

In July, I had to deal with an unattended death in a home. FLORIDA EMERGENCY CLEANING completed the bio-clean up. The before and after service was exceptional. They cleaned the floor, the floorboards, the dry-wall, the smell… everything. Their cleaners were professional, efficient, and hardworking.

I didn’t know the neighbors nor have any local resources, felt buried and overwhelmed. Their kindness is remembered and appreciated. Specifically, Nate walked us through the process late at night. His cleaning crew, Canaan & Hannah, showed up just hours later and were just as kind and empathetic.

When they were done with the job, I can say with certainty they were thorough and complete. While I do not wish anyone to have to deal with this kind of mess, I can say FLORIDA EMERGENCY CLEANING would be the only company I would recommend.

Great experience during a terrible situation. They cleaned our mother’s house after her passing. Everyone I spoke to was compassionate and thorough in their explanation of services. There are no words that can adequately express their level of courtesy and professionalism and they are truly available 24/7. I reached out to Nathan in a panic very early on a Sunday morning after arriving from New York with no clue as to how to begin to deal with a nightmare infestation in my mom's condo which had been neglected for a number of years. Withing a few hours Monica had the apartment in pristine condition. They are honest and reliable and lovely people to deal with. They have my wholehearted recommendation!!

The team at Florida Emergency Cleaning was terrific to deal with. I worked with Dan to quote and schedule the job, and he was great. The on-site team led by Brian did a fantastic job, very thorough and complete. This was a deep cleaning and odor remediation project. Since I couldn’t be at the job site, Brian kept me up to date on everything. A few days after they completed their work I was able to see the results and was very pleased. We needed an emergency clean quickly after a loss in the family. Florida Emergency Cleaning answered the phone late on a Saturday evening and came out to clean early on Sunday morning. We recently moved into a home and the former owner had a large dog and the house had an overwhelming odor of dirty dog. We had the carpeting cleaned which only make the odor worse. I contacted Florida Emergency Cleaning to see if they could help. I spoke with Dan and we talked in detail for 15 minutes or so. He had several suggestions and sent me a detailed quote for several services. We followed his advice and ultimately we had to have the carpeting removed to eliminate the odor. Dan followed up with me a few days later to see how we were progressing. I would definitely call Florida Emergency Cleaning again in the future. It is rare these day to find a company willing to provide advice without a service charge and following up to ensure the customer is ok. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks Dan!

My family suffered a really tragic and violent loss, and the crew at Florida Emergency Cleaning were so incredibly sensitive and kind. The work they did was fantastic, they were extremely thorough and spent as much time as it took to clean every single thing in the room. They went above and beyond. Every single member of the crew (Nathan, Dan, Canaan, and Derick) was so empathetic and helpful. It meant so much to me and my family that they worked so diligently and sensitively. I found this company for a short notice job. Travis did an absolutely fantastic job helping a family member turn a section of their house from a total disaster to perfectly clean. If faced with the situation again, I’d call this company in a heartbeat.

My dad died in North Palm Beach in April and his place needed a complete clean-out, deodorizing, and deep clean. I found FEC via a google search who said they offered all these services. Shout-out to Dan who was amazing to work with every step of the way. He coordinated a site visit with pictures, sent a detailed estimate, coordinated the dumpster delivery with the HOA, and communicated during the job with questions and updates. And shout-out to the real hero’s - the crew! The place was horrific and the crew were rockstars. They cleared the place out in 2 days while preserving paper and heirlooms. They checked in with me to ensure we were aligned re what to keep and what to remove. And I was able to turn it around and sell it after they completed the job. My sister and I hired this company to clean out our relatives house after a death. The representative responded promptly to inspect and give us a price. Travis was the supervisor for this job. He was efficient and respectful of our wishes. He had a terrific crew that worked really hard to complete the task in our required time. Travis was key optimizing the time for clean up and clean out. Travis and all the men were gentlemen and took into consideration our mental distress of the situation. They all were kind and considerate of our physical limitations. The project was completed on time. We are very satisfied with the service this company provided and would highly recommend it to others.
