I live out of state and needed service in fla. James came right away and was so professional and worked very hard to correct the problem which was much worst than what we thought. He worked very hard to help correct the problem. Going to get a maintenance contract now with Billfish.

Billfish was able to come to my house for an after hour call last year in heat of the summer night and fixed my problem professionally and quickly. I signed up with the maintenance plan to get a discount with my repair and that was probably the best thing I could have done for my home! They were extremely thorough in their maintenance appointment with cleaning and checking all the numbers. Xavian was kind and professional and I would recommend them hands down !

I dealt with Lisa a number of times when dealing with Billfish and she is one of the best assets that the company has. She follows thru and returns calls in a prompt manner and strives to answer all questions. She is polite, enthusiastic and does her best to serve the customer. Billfish is very lucky to have Lisa front and center representing the company.

Erik Esquibel is an amazing tech. Had our air up and running and explained all the services. Something happened to where the unit suddenly stopped working and came back. A wire shorted and Erik ensured that it was fixed that day. Kept us updated on the whole process. Definitely would recommend Billfish and Erik to anyone! Easy process, friendly staff, and great customer service!

Of course your AC does not give you advance warning when it’s going to break down and the OMG I need someone fast at 3:00 pm on a Friday. I called Billfish Air Conditioning & they were at my house within an hour. Mr. Tim Herrera was professional, went right to work & quickly diagnosed the issue. My AC unit is older but they had the needed part and the AC unit was up and running around 5. He worked quickly and left no mess behind. Mr. Herrera provided me with needed information about my AC but never tried to push me into additional sales/costs. I will follow up with Billfish for my future AC needs. Thank you!

I was looking for an AC company to take care of my units at home. I contacted Billfish AC and agreed to a service contract. They came the same day and cleaned both our units and did a fantastic job. The service technician, Adis, was friendly and willing to explain everything he was doing. He also showed pictures of all the things he corrected. I am 100% satisfied with his work. I am glad I chose Billfish AC for our service and cannot thank them enough.

We were very impressed with the guys that came to service our air conditioning system. Both were pleasant, brought their tools and set right to work.
